The video display device (1) comprises a video processing section (11), a display section (12), and a control section (14). When the first viewer operates a button installed for the viewer in the one-screen display mode, the display section (12) displays the displayed content on the first screen for the first viewer and on the second screen for the second viewer in a two-screen display mode. When the first viewer further operates the button installed for the first viewer, the display section (12) displays, in the two-screen display mode a different content on the first screen and the content which has been displayed on the second screen.

摘要： A data player for reading contents encrypted by a decoding key from a digital medium, and playing the encrypted contents by using the decoding key which is stored in a key storage unit, comprises: a key obtaining unit for performing mutual authentication with the key storage unit to obtain the decoding key stored in the key storage unit; a key holding unit for holding the decoding key; a playback state obtaining unit for monitoring the playback state of the digital medium; and a contents decoding unit for decoding the encrypted contents by using the decoding key. The decoding key is obtained by the key obtaining unit and stored in the key holding unit, and the encrypted contents read from the digital medium is decoded with the decoding key by the contents decoding unit to play the contents. The decoding key stored in the key holding unit is discarded according to the playback state of the digital medium which is obtained by the playback state obtaining unit.

摘要： In a filter circuit (1), a common mode choke (2) and a normal mode choke (3) have extremely high and low impedances, respectively, for common mode signals received through two input terminals (1a and 1b). The chokes have the opposite impedance characteristics for differential signals. In particular, the difference in impedance is large. Furthermore, the normal mode choke (3) is installed as a previous stage of the common mode choke (2). Accordingly, common mode noises which enter the two input terminals (1a and 1b) penetrate the normal mode choke (3), but neither penetrate the common mode choke (2) nor are reflected from the common mode choke (2). In particular, common mode currents flow through the normal mode choke (3) but do not flow through the common mode choke (2).

摘要： A control device determines whether an image generated by merging several concurrently picked-up images has consistent image quality on a display device. If determined No, image quality parameters set in each image pickup device are so controlled as to make the image quality of the merged image consistent. Therefore, the merged image can assuredly have consistent image quality. Further, a signal processing device detects, based on positions of nodes and attributes of cameras, a connection indicating which node is connected to which camera and with what attribute. The signal processing device in advance stores every detectable connection and a plurality of image processing programs corresponding to each connection, and selects and carries out one of the image processing programs corresponding to the detected connection.
