      SOLUTION: The apparatus for improving the healing power of a living matter is provided with two or more sets of electric potential therapy units each comprising a high voltage power supply circuit for generating a high voltage negative potential, a negative potential applying electrode for applying the negative potential from the high voltage power supply circuit to the prescribed site of the living matter, and a counter electrode facing the negative potential applying electrode across the prescribed site of the living matter for guiding charges from the negative potential applying electrode through the viable tissue of the living matter to the ground side of the high voltage power supply circuit, the two or more sets of electric potential therapy units being drive-controlled by one AC power source and one microcomputer control unit. In the apparatus, the respective ground lines of the two or more sets of electric potential therapy units are configured as the independent ones isolated from each other, and the following problem is surely remedied: the current of the electrode part of each set of electric potential therapy unit flows to the counter electrode part side of the electrode part of the different electric potential therapy unit and obstructs the treating effect of the part.
