    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of lead in an optical fiber installed overhead or changing the way an optical fiber is lead in, and reduce the quantity of members discarded during changing work. SOLUTION: A housing is formed of a semicylindrical body 2 and a lid 3, and an optical fiber housing space is formed in the housing. A support 8 stretching from left to right is formed at the upper part of the body 2. The support 8 is provided at one end with a fastening portion 4 to be fastened onto a metallic shaving material attached to a messenger wire strung on a pole. The support 8 is further provided on it with an anchoring portion 5 for supporting and fixing the support line 10 for an optical fiber 9.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pull out a cable at the time of removing the cable. SOLUTION: A cable holder is composed of a frame body 4 and a string member 5. The frame body 4 is arranged over a cable duct 3 which has an opened top and houses many cables 2 across both sides of the duct 3 and composed of both bases 7A which are arranged along both side floors 6 of the duct 3 and U-shaped supporting frames 8 connected to the bases 7A and 7B. On the inside of the vertical frame sections 14 and 14 of the frames 8, pluralities of hook sections 15 are provided in the vertical direction. The string member 5 is provided with a buckle 21 which adjusts the length of a string 20 and fitted with triangular hooks 22 at both ends. The hook sections 15 are formed to catch the hooks 22 at both ends of the member 5. Therefore, when the string member 5 is passed under a prescribed one of the cables 2 put upon another and the hooks 22 are engaged with the hook sections 15, the cables 2 are hung up and held in a floating state.

      SOLUTION: This charge type cable way trouble survey device is provided with magnetic sensors 3a, 3b for detecting bidirectional (X, Y) orthogonal magnetic fields, and an warning means for extracting and outputting a component of voice frequency band included in a time-differentiation of the magnetic field detected by each of the magnetic sensors 3a, 3b. The warning means outputs or displays separately the component of voice frequency band included in the time-differentiation of the X-directional magnetic field output from each magnetic sensor, and the component of voice frequency band included in the time-differentiation of the Y-directional magnetic field output therefrom, using two speakers 6 or level meters 8.
