    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base part of an architectural structure, which allows the size of a concrete foundation for fixing the column base part to be minimized.SOLUTION: The top face of a steel base plate 20 is welded to the lower edge of a column 10, having the common central axis. A flexible stress transmission plate 30 is overlapped with the lower face side of the base plate 20, having the common central axis. The stress transmission plate 30 is formed in a square shape larger than the base plate 20, having a portion extending outside of the base plate 20 when overlapped with the base plate 20. The stress transmission plate 30 is joined to the base plate 20 at the center with one bolt 40, and joined to a concrete foundation 60 adjacent to the circumference of four apex areas extending outside of the base plate 20 with four bolts 50. The occurrence of bending stress or the like in the column 10 allows the portion between the bolt 40 and the bolt 50 of the stress transmission plate 30 to be distorted so as to absorb the stress.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath pipe for an implantable column base that can prevent the column base from escaping laterally.SOLUTION: A rectangular column 90 is inserted into a heath pipe 10 implanted into a foundation column form 20 from an upper opening and grout 100 is packed therebetween so as to firmly fix the rectangular column 90. 8 beam main reinforcements 50 and 60 respectively run in four pairs in parallel to the horizontal direction into the foundation column form 20 in each of footing beams 30 and 40 that are connected to a lateral side of the foundation column form 20. The outside surface of the sheath pipe 10 is mounted with flexure restricting metal fitting 12, to which the beam main reinforcements 50 and 60 are respectively connected. The flexure restricting metal fitting 12 is connected to the sheath pipe 10 by welding a surface of the flexure restricting metal fitting 12 that is shaped after the outside surface of the sheath pipe 10 onto the sheath pipe, and also the restricting metal fitting 12 is arranged in a way that it runs along one of the outside surfaces of the sheath pipe 10 from right to left. The restricting metal fitting 12 is provided with insertion holes 14 and 14 at both ends into which a pair of the beam main reinforcements 50 and 60, which have a male screw at both ends, are inserted, and thus the sheath pipe 10 is tightly fixed by the beam main reinforcements 50 and 60 when their ends are connected by tightening a nut 15.
