    • PURPOSE: To eliminate polution by ionizing the floating dust under corona field and adsorbing through a suction hose to a dust collector thereby collecting the dispersed floating dust.
CONSTITUTION: High voltage is applied from a high voltage generator 8 through a high voltage cable 7 onto a discharge panel 6 to discharge a discharge rod 6a. Here micro particles contained in the floating dust are charged and adsorbed to a dust collecting board 10. A conductive rubber board 11 has power conduction performance to collect the floating dust. Air ionized by corona field is led into a dust collector 13 and operates a suction fan 13b upon operation of D.C. motor 13c and exhausted through an exhaust port 13d.

    • PURPOSE:To remove carbon in the recirculation gas and increase the amount of reciruclation by installing the first cyclone in an exhaust recirculation passage and a filter for generating back-pressure on the downstream part of the branched part for exhaust recirculation passage in an exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:A portion of the exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust manifold 3 is introduced into the dust collecting trunk 7 of the first cyclone through recirculation pipes 5a, 5b and 5c and minifilters 6a and 6b and carbon particles are removed by the corona discharge generated from a high-voltage insulated cable 7i. Then, the exhaust gas is recirculated into an intake manifold 2 equipped with an ion generator 12. While, a filter 15 filled with ceramic material and the dust collecting trunk 7 of the second cylone are installed onto an echaust pipe 4, and the exhaust gas recirculation quantity is increased by the back-pressure action.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably improve cooling efficiency while providing a compact radiator by absorbing heat of lubricating oil as latent heat for vaporizing cooling water and conducting this steam to a radiator to eject the vaporizing latent heat in air. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of cooling water is maintained in a water jacket 11 of an oil pan 9. Heat of hot lubricating oil 10 is absorbed as latent heat for vaporizing cooling water and the steam is sent to a radiator 3 from a steam discharge port 1b of an engine body 1 through a steam conduit 2. Then the steam is cooled and condensated by wind from a cooling fan 15, corona discharging body 18, etc. and reserved in a condensated water tank 5 after passing through an exhaust outlet 3b of the radiator 3 and a condensated water conduit 4. Cooling water in the condensated water tank 5 is returned to the water jacket 11 of the oil pan 9 through a water pouring pipe 7, a thermo valve 8 and a water pouring pipe 11a by a pump 6.
