    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the maximum quantity of metered medicament to reach the airway of the lungs by controlling release of the medicament from an aerosol container by a patient's intake. SOLUTION: An inhaler includes a body 400 having a mouthpiece 405 at one end and an end cap 407 for housing an air inlet at the other end. The aerosol dose container 25 is housed in the body. One end of a formed flexible partition wall 440 including a hard disk part 441, a flexible generally cylindrical wall part and a hard connector part is fitted around a groove 450 in a sleeve 420. A compression spring 460 is positioned by a lip on the partition wall to freely act on the sleeve. The other end of the compression spring is positioned by an annular shoulder part 481 in an insert part 480 having a flange housed in the upper part of the body.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry powdered medicament inhaler which can meter the dose of medicament and count the number of doses remaining in the inhaler.
      SOLUTION: The inhaler comprises a mouthpiece, a delivery passage which directs an air flow generated by inhalation toward a direction allowing the flow to go through the mouthpiece, a channel extended from the delivery passage, and a reservoir 14 to contain medicament. The reservoir comprises an administration port connected to the channel, a cup contained in the channel and located movable between the administration port and the delivery passage, a cup spring biasing the cup against the administration port and one of the passages, and a yoke 68 movably positioned between at least two positions. The yoke is connected to the cup. When the yoke is positioned at one of the two positions at least, it prevents the cup from moving. When the yoke is positioned at the other one of the two positions at least, it has a rachet allowing the cup to move.
