    • An improvement in ram air turbines, especially for missiles comprising a device for limitation of the range of the velocity of rotation of the turbine, the turbine comprising a ram air inlet (10) for first and second passages or ducts (30, 31) respectively, the first passage (30) conducting air to the turbine runner (15) for driving the latter. According to the invention the second passage is connected to a common outlet (17) for the two passages (30, 31) via a device (20) comprising at least one member or portion (23), e.g. flaps or tongues. The member (23) is adapted to exert a variable resistance to the air flowing through the second passage (31), whereby the air resistance coefficient of the member (23) decreases upon increasing missile velocity.

    • Method for measuring distance between two objects, especially in connection with proximity fuses, there being from a first moving object transmitted a modulated signal which is reflected from a second objects, said transmitted modulated signal and said reflected signal being compared for the generation of a doppler signal which is detected as regards amplitude. For the purpose of providing a distance measuring system which suppresses unwanted signals from the reflected object at a larger distance than the desired detonation distance from the target, there is according to the present invention suggested that the transmitted signal comprises a carrier wave having a modulation form and modulation frequency rendering a larg­est possible steepness for the main lobe (Ll), at the same time as the side lobe levels (L2...Ll) are made as small as possible for avoiding unwanted detonation in the case of va­riations in the amplitude of the reflected signal.

    • A mechanical servo trigger mechanism for automatic guns provided with a pressure ramp (1) for moving the weapon trigger (17) between a firing and a non-firing position. The ramp (1) is mounted in a parallel link connection (3) that is connected with a base plate (2) so that the ramp (1) is movable to an upper from a lower position by a further link means (4) biased by a spring (5) towards its upper position, and lockable in a cocked position by a spring-biased trigger locking hook (11) which is releasable by a trigger rod (12). A stop movable by an arm (6) is able to hold the ramp (1) in its upper position, which causes automatic firing of the weapon. Said mechanism can be cocked manually or automatically by a cocking rod acting on a first roller (9) provided on the further link means (4).
