The upper roller may be arranged in vertically slidable bearings 12 and 13 and the rollers may be driven from a motor 11 through sprockets 8 and 10 and chain 9. A gear 5 transmits the drive to the upper roller through a gear 6 which is in two sections to permit adjustment for elimination of play.
