摘要： Provided is a flexible and conformal wearable, self-contained medical device. The medical device comprises an integral housing formed by a flexible upper portion and a flexible lower portion joined along their perimeters. The medical device is also provided in a plurality of shapes and configurations for increasing the flexibility and conformability of the housing. The components contained within the housing, such as a drug reservoir, printed circuit board, and power supply are preferably constructed from flexible materials and are formed, connected and positioned according to the configuration of the housing in a manner for enhancing flexibility of the housing. A thermal bubble micropump is provided for controlling flow of a drug from the flexible reservoir that utilizes a thermal resistor provided locally to a thermal expansion fluid that causes a surrounding membrane to expand and displace a volume of drug to be provided to the user.

In particular, the example methods, apparatus, and articles of manufacture detect spillover to generate media monitoring information. Initially, a first sensor located in a first location and a second sensor located in a second location receive a portable metering device signal. First location information is then associated with receiving the portable metering device signal via the first sensor and second location information is associated with receiving the portable metering device signal via the second sensor. Media monitoring information is then generated based on one of the first location information or the second location information.

摘要： Methods and apparatus to collect audience information associated with a media presentation are described herein. A disclosed system includes a base metering device and at least one portable metering device. The base metering device is disposed within a viewing area of one of a plurality of media presentation devices. Further, the base metering device is configured to emit a signal. The at least one portable metering device is configured to receive the signal when located within the viewing area and to collect viewing data reflecting viewing of any of the plurality of media presentation devices by at least one viewer. Accordingly, the at least one portable metering device uses the signal to identify all or a subset of the viewing data as being associated with viewing of the one of the plurality of media presentation devices depending on whether the signal is received.
