    • PURPOSE:To prevent mayonnaise sludge or the like from generating by mixing and finely-pulverizing liquid fuel and water to make these emulsion fuel by means of both the following housing cylindrical face and the serrated edges of the gears wherein a plurality of gears having the diameters specified in the specified relation are housed. CONSTITUTION:The fed fuel and water are successively sent under pressure to the second and third gears 14, 15 from the first gear 13, mixed and finely- pulverized and discharged through an emulsion discharge hole 33 of a force feed part 25 of the third gear 15. Since respective gears have diameters gradually made small for the force feed direction of fuel and water, the fed fuel and water are extremely excellently mixed and finely-pulverized. Furthermore one part of the mixed fuel and water dose not flow back and mayonnaise sludge is not generated as it is called because both the proceeding direction of fuel and water and the rotating direction of the gears are same in the respective clearance parts 26, 27, 28.

    • PURPOSE:To enable immediate switching of a combustion device from emulsion combustion to combustion of raw fuel, by a method wherein a tank for emulsion combustion use only is situated right before a burner, and the feed of fuel is controlled through detection of abnormality in a liquid level by monitoring a liquid level in an emulsion tank. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid level in an emulsion tank 25 is rises to the level of an upper limit switch 323 above a liquid level detecting device 32, a control device 33 detects it to close a motor valve 23, and a motor 14 and a water pump 18 are brought to a stop. When the level of emulsion fuel falls 2 to the level of a lower limit switch 326 below the liquid level detecting device 32, the control device 33 detects it to excite a relay coil CR4, opens a motor valve 30, and closes motor valves 23 and 26. Thereby, oil in a service tank 13 is fed to a burner 29 through bypass passage formed with a line 17, a line 30, and a line 28, and combustion can be continued.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of operation as well as the floor space for installation by using a system in which oils are separated from chips by a centrifugal separator with a rotary tank of a tapered side type and dried chips is sent under pressure to a feed pipe only by the power of the separator.
CONSTITUTION: A motor 11 is driven, the rotary tank 2 of a centrifugal separator 1 is turned, and chips adhered with oils is sucked into the rotary tank 2 through a chute 5 by the suction force of a turning blade 4. The chips is disentangled by the centrifugal force of the rotary tank 2, and oils adhered to the chips are flowed out of a screen 3 to recover them in an oil tank 7 through a recovery pipe 8. On the other hand, dried chips deprived of oils is moved to the upper end 13 of the rotary tank 2 by centrifugal force, scattered from the upper end 13, and then directed into a blower chamber 9. Furthermore, the dried chips are sent into a feed pipe 10 by air pressure produced by the turning blade 4 and discarded in a given site. Thus, the cost of operation can be reduced without the needs for another feeding means for dried chips.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply drive a pile without needing much force, adjust the length, and use it various places by connecting a screw part and a support by a pin. SOLUTION: A support or the like is fastened to a screw part in which a screw is attached to the edge. A joined part between the screw part and the support or the like is connected by a pin. When this pile is used, before the joined part between the screw part and the support or the like is connected, the edge is the screw, and the pile can be simply driven by contacting an electric drill on the joined part of the screw part in which a projection part exists on the contrary side. As the result, it is eliminated that an arm has an ache and a waist has an ache as compared with the case where the pile is driven by a small mallet or the like. The length can be adjusted by connecting the support and can be used in various places.

    • PURPOSE:To allow sticking at a high speed by applying and forming a nonsolvent type adhesive on the rear surface of photographic paper and sticking postcards of a sheet form thereto, thereby averting the exertion of an adverse influence on the image planes of photographs and the curling of the photographic paper and substantially preventing the peeling of the stuck postcards. CONSTITUTION:The nonsolvent type adhesive 6 is applied and formed on the rear surface 4 of the continuous band-shaped photographic paper 1 properly printed with the images 3 on the front surface 3. The postcards 9 in the sheet form are stuck to the proper positions of the surface coated and formed with the adhesive 6 by the adhesive force of this adhesive 6. Then, the continuous band-shaped photographic paper 1 is thereafter cut to a suitable size to allow the use as the postcards. Therefore, the postcard P constituted of the photographic paper 1 printed the image 3 on the surface 2 the nonsolvent type adhesive 6 layer applied and formed on the rear surface of this photographic paper 1 and the postcard 9 stuck to the rear surface 4 of the photographic paper 1 via the adhesive 6 layer is produced. The exertion of the adverse influence on the surface of image of the photographs is averted in this way and the photographer 1 does not curl. The stuck postcards hardly peel and the sticking at a high speed is possible.
