摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an automatic preparation apparatus for rice cracker capable of extremely smoothly and quickly baking rice crackers having almost definite shape and uniform quality dispensing with the continuous inspection work without causing the breakage of the cracker. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is supplied between the heated lower and upper plates 12 of a hot-press 1 using a 1st swing arm 5 holding a definite amount of raw material filled in a bottomless cylindrical measure closed its bottom with a copper plate 21. 摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a rice cake by baking polished rice only as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:A raw material of rice cake comprising only polished rice which is washed, immersed in water for about 12 hours and drained for about 30 minutes is heated to 130-140 deg.C, pressed with a top iron plate under about 700kg/piece pressure for about 20 seconds, the top iron plate is raised about 5mm, the pressed rice is expanded by elastic restoring force of the sandwiched polished rice and baking is completed to produce a rice cake. A plate transporting line A arranged in a closed state by belt conveyors 3 to be heated by heaters 1 is installed and a pressurizing and processing part D for pressurizing with pressing and heating plates 9 for driving plates 4, intermittently moved and supplied by the belt conveyors 3 of the plate transporting line A, by a toggle press mechanism is laid between a starting end C and a finishing end B of the plate transporting line A to constitute a device for producing the rice cake.
