摘要： This invention relates to a digitizing method which detects at each axial displacement distance applied to a stylus (2) by a tracer head (3), profiles a model surface (1) so that a displacement distance is equal to a reference displacement distance, accepts position data and outputs NC data. The difference between a displacement distance and a reference displacement distance is monitored and specific position data at a point of time when the difference exceeds a predetermined value is outputted in addition to the position data. Under the state where a gently inclined shape is profiled, each axial displacement distance is controlled so as to be equal to a reference displacement distance but the instance the corner portion (1a) is reached, a departing phenomenon of the stylus (3) takes place and the difference between a displacement distance and a reference displacement distance becomes great. This change is detected and regarded as the corner portion, and the position data at this point (P6) is outputted in addition to the normal digitizing output points.

摘要： A copy control device for always eliminating the bite-in of a cutter head irrespective of the copying speed. A cutter head is moved on the basis of the displacements of respective axes of a stylus provided on a tracer head (41) to thereby machine a work. The tracer head (41) is driven in directions of the respective copy axes by a motor (31) other than a motor for driving the cutter head, independently of the cutter head. A calculating means (6) calculates an actual position of the tracer head (41). A speed command at the center of a cutter of the cutter head is corrected according to a relative displacement between the stylus and tracer head (41) by a correcting means (7) on the basis of the actual position of the tracer head (41) and the respective axis displacements of the stylus. With this arrangement, the position of the center of the cutter head can be controlled to coincide with the center position of the stylus at all times.

摘要： A chlorofluorocarbon-resistant resin composition comprising a cluster-like agglomerate graft polymer (Y) which is formed by the agglomeration of a small-particle-size graft copolymer (y) prepared by polymerizing 60 to 20 wt.% of a monomer mixture comprising 30 to 45 wt.% of a vinyl cyanide compound and 70 to 55 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of 40 to 80 wt.% of a rubbery polymer having a weight-mean particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 mu m and having a graft ratio of 10 to 40 wt.% and has a weight-mean particle diameter of 0.8 to 2.0 mu m and a copolymer (Z) prepared by polymerizing 35 to 45 wt.% of a vinyl cyanide compound with 65 to 55 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 to 0.9, with the content of the rubbery polymer being 15 to 25 wt.%. This composition is superior to the prior-art resin compositions in chlorofluorocarbon resistance.
