      SOLUTION: This active vibration isolation mount mechanism comprises an elastic support 6 isolating vibration of the floor 4 and supporting weight of the surface plate 2, a sensor means 8 of serially combining a first coil spring 18 changing restoring force in response to a deflection quantity of the surface plate 2 and a load cell 20 detecting and outputting its restoring force change as a control signal, and an active vibration isolator 10 of serially combining a micro-displacement actuator 40 vertically moving so as to compensate for a relative height change in the surface plate 2 to the floor 4 and a second coil spring 38 changing a deflection quantity by the vertical movement of the micro-displacement actuator.
