摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a drunken customer to reserve a reliable replacement driver service by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A first information display body (two-dimensional code) which records information for registering a customer as a general member of a replacement driver service management company and a second information display body (two-dimensional code) which records replacement driver request information are posted in a restaurant that is a restaurant member of the replacement driver service management company. Each information display body includes the restaurant member number of the restaurant. The customer who drunk in the restaurant makes a portable terminal read the first information display body to read out a member registration screen on a server of the replacement driver service management company, and performs a registration including the home address. When the customer requests the replacement driver service, he/she makes the portable terminal read the second information display body to read out a replacement driver service reservation screen on the server of the management company, and inputs the general member number and a desired time. The server specifies the location of the customer that is the picking-up destination from the transmitted restaurant member number and the home address that is the transporting destination from the member number, and receives the reservation.
