摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that an ac voltage regulator and a nonpolar charger charging a battery by phase control are formed into one unit, by which the unit may be used for two kinds of uses. SOLUTION: The ac voltage regulator and the nonpolar charger by the phase control are integrated into one equipment. With such constitution, an ac output and a dc output are used for two kinds of uses by the same phase control as the ac voltage regulator, through a changeover switch of the charger, wherein the ac voltage regulator smoothly regulates the ac output voltage from 0V to 95V through a variable VR by the phase control, and the charger charges the battery by a nonpolar output irrespective of negative or positive polarity, through rectifier diodes from a secondary coil through a transformer.
