    • Embodiments of performing beam forming processing based on sampling data in an ultrasound system are disclosed. The ultrasound system includes an ultrasound data acquisition unit configured to form a receive signal based on an ultrasound signal reflected from a target object, perform an analog-to-digital conversion on the receive signal to form sampling data, select pixels, which the respective sampling data are used as pixel values thereof among the plurality of pixels, cumulatively assign the corresponding sampling data to the selected pixels and perform beam forming upon the cumulatively assigned sampling data for the respective pixels to form receive-focused data.

    • A method of preparing silica aero-gel powders having a short preparation time and stable preparation processes. In the method, the silica aerogel powders are generated by using a water glass solution, an inorganic acid, an organosilane compound and an organic solvent. The method includes dispersion-solution generating, gelating and solvent exchanging and drying. In the dispersion-solution generating, a dispersion solution is generated by dispersing the water glass solution and the organosilane compound in the organic solvent. In the gelating and solvent exchanging, silica hydrogel is generated by adding the inorganic acid to the dispersion solution and simultaneously performing gelating and solvent-exchanging. In the drying, the silica aerogel powders are generated by drying the silica hydro-gel.

    • A liquid crystal display panel is capable of implementing high resolution without reducing an aperture ratio. A liquid crystal display panel includes: a substrate; a sustain electrode at a pixel region on the substrate; opaque wires positioned around the pixel region, having a lattice form extending in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction, and coupled with the sustain electrode; a gate wire and a data wire insulated from the gate wire with a second insulating layer interposed therebetween and extending in the second direction; a thin film transistor coupled with the gate wire and the data wire; and a pixel electrode coupled with the thin film transistor. The sustain electrode includes a transparent conductive material, and the opaque wires includes a conductive material having an electrical resistance lower than that of the transparent conductive material.
