    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for lowering fuel consumption and emission gas for an automobile attempting to lower fuel consumption and emission due to high combustibility and high combustion output by stably and safely generating a high electric field condition and high density negative ion condition and carrying out combustion in corresponding to variation of air fuel mixture and air supplied to an engine.
      SOLUTION: This device is composed of a distribution circuit in which single phase AC from an alternator interlocking with engine rotation is input to a primary side of a high voltage transformer of a minus high voltage DC pulse circuit capable of outputting at least 3000V or higher minus high voltage DC pulse from a secondary side thereof and resistance controlling electron mission power from one of electron mission electrodes at 10mW or less put in the electron emission electrode providing suitable number of the minus high voltage DC pulse in an intake manifold, and an electron emission circuit composed of a needle shape electron emission electrode provided via insulator to evenly emit electron to air fuel mixture and air and a lead cable applying minus high voltage DC pulse on the electron emission electrode.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the easy crushing of a cylindrical can by applying initial torsional force and reduction force simultaneously to the soft cylindrical can held between a placing base and a presser plate, and compressing the can in its axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical can 13 made of, for example, Al is placed on a placing base 5 which is fixed to the bottom end part of a base plate 1 and extends forward, and a pressing rod 3 fitted pivotally in the upper parts of the guide projecting pieces 2 provided on both sides of the plate 1 is moved vertically in an arrow direction. Then, a press base 7 slipped into the guide groove in the intermediate part of the pieces 2 is vertically moved by the rod 3 through a connecting rod 9 and the can 13 is pressed in its logitudinal direction. Here the base 7 is formed of a cylindrical hollow body 15 and a horseshoe-shaped spring 20 of which the end part 17 is fixed to the peak part 16 of said hollow body and the other free end part 18 is secured to a circular presser plate 19. Therefore, if the rod 13 is depressed, the end part 18 turns clockwise according to the contraction of the spring 20 and the plate 19 turns in the same direction as well, then the can 13 gripped by the same is twisted around the axis thereof. The can is compressed by the reduction effect applied by the same without requiring additional torsional force.

SOLUTION: An AC plug is formed on one side of a casing that is housed integrally as a whole and is formed in appropriate shape by insulating material. The AC power supply from the AC plug is made to be DC voltage of 24 V or less at the power supply part, and the DC voltage and the pulse signal of 20-100 K pulse oscillated by the pulse generating part, and further the uniform and stable pulse signal made uniform and stable by the pulse control circuit are inputted into the primary side of a pair of switching transformers and are outputted from a secondary side as a negative high voltage DC square wave pulse and a positive high voltage DC square wave pulse having a voltage of 1,500-7,500 V and a pulse number of 20-100 K pulse.       SOLUTION: A DC voltage of 24V or less and a pulse signal of pulse number of 20-100 K pulse are inputted to a pair set of switching transformers and the attached control pulse circuit, and a negative high voltage DC square wave pulse having a voltage of 1,500-7,500 V and a pulse number of 20-100 K pulse is outputted from the secondary side of one of switching transformers and a positive high voltage DC square wave pulse having a voltage of 1,500-7,500 V and a pulse number of 20-100 K pulse is outputted from the secondary side of the other switching transformer. Furthermore, by using an electro-magnetic transformation relay, they are transformed alternately with switching-on applicating time duration of the positive high voltage DC square wave pulse 5-30% against the switching-on applicating time duration of the negative high voltage DC square wave pulse and switching-on is applied to the electron emitting electrode.

      SOLUTION: This minus ion adding apparatus has a closed lid on one side end of a hollow tube composed of an insulated and paramagnetic material and has an opening on the other side end, and at a central position near the closed lid within the hollow tube, an electron radiation pole is arranged towards the opening. On the inner wall from the position where the electron radiation pole is arranged to the opening, a magnetic force line barrier is formed by using a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and further, at an appropriate position under the position where the electron radiation pole is arranged, a mounting port is provided for mounting an orifice which emits and sprays air, water or a liquid-state material. Moreover, the apparatus is composed of an external power source for applying a minus high voltage DC pulse of ≥ -3,000V to the electron radiation pole.
