    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer for coating an automobile capable of drying a coating surface over a wide range from a high ceiling to a low position of a side surface of a body such as a minivan and one box vehicle.
      SOLUTION: The dryer 1 for coating the automobile has a lifting strut 7 liftably mounted to a body strut 6, a lifting base 16 liftable in the lifting strut 7, and a heater part 10 mounted through an arm 11 extending from the lifting base 16. Further, the dryer has a first sheave 8 mounted to an upper part of the lifting strut 7 and a first wire 9 having one end connected to the arm 11 through the first sheave 8 and the other end connected to a first constant tension spring part 12. Further, the dryer has a second sheave 21 mounted to an upper part of a body strut 6 and a second wire 22 keeping one end connected to the lifting strut 7 through a second sheave 21 and the other end connected to a second constant tension spring part 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely finished surface by dissolving a problem of forming a recessed part as a periphery of putty is scraped.
      SOLUTION: An abrasive layer 12 is formed by fastening grindstone powder on one surface of a thin circular paper base material 11 (paper sheet or cloth sheet) with an adhesive except for its peripheral part, and a resin layer 13 for preventing polishing is formed on the peripheral part. A diameter of the sandpaper base material 11 is 125mm or 150mm in accordance with a standard of a pad of a sander. Additionally, the resin layer 13 is concentrically applied and formed on the peripheral part of the paper base material 11, and it is preferable that its width is 10mm to 15mm, but the width is not limited to it. It is preferable that a material of the resin layer 13 is either one of urethane resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin and emulsion resin.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of the titled filter cylinder and to make it possible to collect even fine particles, by mixing endless long fibers having rectangular profile cross-sectional areas and different thicknesses obtained by fibrillating a synthetic resin film.
      CONSTITUTION: An inflation film comprising polypropylene is electrically split according to a known method to form a fiber. This fiber may be formed by other known physical or chemical means. Thus the obtained fiber has endless long fibers having random profile cross-sectional areas such as rectangular cross-sectional areas and various thicknesses ranging from extremely fine fibers to extremely thick fibers mixed therein. A filter cylinder is formed from this fiber by a conventional known method. This filter material is high in friction resistance and has a large void ratio as compared with one using a round fiber and, therefore, can collect even fine particles from a fluid.

    • According to an aspect of an embodiment, a method of storing user data (UD) with parity data (PD) for correcting the UD in a storage apparatus comprising disk units, each of the disk units storing data in data blocks(DBs), each of the DBs storing the UD or associated PD and position information(PI) indicative of the location of the DBs, comprising: obtaining the UD, dividing the UD into UD blocks (UDBs) which are adapted to be stored in the DBs, and determining which UDBs are to be stored into which DBs, respectively; determining PI of the DBs for storing the UDBs; generating PD for a group of UDBs and associated PI by parity operation using a weighting function to the UDBs and the PI; determining PI for the PD for said group by modifying a part of the PD; and storing the group of the UDBs, associated PI, and the PD.
