摘要： A sealable casing having a quarter-turn closing arrangement including a tubular body defining an orifice at one end having radially projecting arcuate members and clearances formed along an inner periphery thereof. The casing further includes a cap having radially projecting arcuate members and clearances formed along its inner periphery that are complementary to arcuate members and clearances of the tubular body. A hoop member is connected to the cap and includes a plurality of extensions that are biased by at least one resilient member connected to the cap so as to press against the inner Periphery of the tubular body. The extensions are connected to a drive handle mounted underneath a bail of the cap and cooperate with the at least one resilient member.
