摘要： The illustrative embodiments provide a computer implemented method, apparatus, and computer program product for receiving a request from a client to instantiate an electronic document. After successful completion of mutual authentication between a web application server and the client, the web application server provides the electronic document to the client. The web application server may then receive a set of changes associated with the electronic document to form a modified document. After receiving a request from the client for a digital signature to be generated for the modified document, the web application server generates a digital signature using a private key of the web application server and an identity of an end-user associated with the client. The web application server then signs the modified document with the digital signature.

The fluid pipe section includes opposed flanges that define a receiving groove having a bottom surface. The outlet plate fitting includes a main body, an engagement platform connected to and at a distance from the main body, and a bore extending through the main body and the engagement platform. A first surface of the engagement platform faces away from the main body and is a planar surface with a seal member positioned about the bore. A second surface of the engagement platform faces toward the main body and has a ramped surface, such that rotation of the engagement platform in a first direction within the receiving groove causes the planar surface and seal member into sealing engagement with the bottom surface of the receiving groove.

The top laminate sheet includes a polymer support having a bottom surface and a top surface and an adhesive layer disposed on the bottom surface of the polymer support layer. The tube portion includes a polymer tubed layer secured to a portion of the top surface of the support layer of the bottom laminate sheet and a tubed tab portion formed integrally with the polymer tubed layer and secured to a portion of the adhesive layer of the top laminate sheet. The support layer of the bottom laminate sheet is secured to the adhesive layer of the top laminate sheet by a remaining portion of the adhesive layer and the polymer support layer, the tubed tab portion, and the portion of the adhesive layer therebetween form a tab portion.

The outlet plate fitting comprises a main body and an engagement platform having a planar surface with a seal member. Rotation of the engagement platform within the receiving groove causes the planar surface and seal member into sealing engagement within the receiving groove.

The post is adjustable vertically a limited amount to dispose the table and instruments thereon at a desired vertical position according to a doctor's eyes when the doctor is seated upon another chair opposite a patient. Positioning recesses and detents releasably maintain the table in longitudinally adjusted positions upon the frame, and an actuating member for an electric switch is mounted beneath the portion of the table which extends over the lap of a patient and is operable to stop elevating a patient in the adjustable chair when the lap or legs of a patient engage the actuating member while being elevated by the chair.
