    • There is provided a utility access opening cover. The cover includes a bowl element having bowl upper and lower faces and a bowl wall disposed about a bowl axis. The bowl wall extends between the bowl upper and lower faces. The bowl wall defining a bowl cavity configured to receive a filling material. A support sleeve is disposable within the utility access opening. The support sleeve defines a sleeve axis and includes a sleeve inner wall and sleeve upper and lower faces. The sleeve inner wall extends between the sleeve upper and lower faces to define a sleeve opening. The sleeve inner wall is sized and configured to engage with the bowl wall with the bowl element being received within the support sleeve opening to align the bowl axis with the sleeve axis. A lid is disposable in contact with the bowl element to substantially cover the bowl cavity.

    • A window bird house is advantageously configured for easy transport and storage, and is a low cost alternative to prior art bird houses. The window bird house includes a housing having a plurality of walls and a floor which are collapsible upon each other for compact transport and storage. One of the walls includes a viewing opening for observing birds in the housing. Additionally, the rear wall may be removably secured to a first side of a window so that inside of the housing is visible from a second side of the window. Also, one of the walls includes an opening for ingress and egress of birds. A cover may be attached to the second side of the window for selecting covering the viewing opening thereby mitigating disruptions to the birds. The window bird house may be fabricated from die cut corrugated plastic sheet.

    • There is provided a drain cover for a drain disposed within a fabricated layer having an exposed surface. The drain includes a frame member having a top surface. The frame member extends through the fabricated layer. The drain cover includes a collar having a lower surface that is placed adjacent to the top surface of the frame member. The drain cover also includes a cup member having a cavity operative to receive a filling material. The collar defines an area within the exposed surface that is larger than the area of the cup member. There is at least one fin connected to the collar and the cup member.

    • A skimmer system is provided which includes a reservoir, an inlet, a reservoir pump and a weir. The skimmer system may be attached to a tank having fluid therein. The fluid in the tank defines a tank fluid surface, and the fluid in the reservoir defines a reservoir fluid surface. The reservoir receives fluid from the tank via the inlet, and the tank receives fluid from the reservoir via the reservoir pump. When the skimmer system is activated, the level of the reservoir fluid surface may be maintained below the level of the tank fluid surface. The inlet edge is located below the level of the tank fluid surface. The inlet surface may decline away from the tank to direct the fluid from the tank to the reservoir. The filter is positioned between the inlet and the reservoir to retain particulate within the fluid. The weir defines a weir edge. The weir edge may be parallel to and substantially below the level of the tank fluid surface to allow particulate in the fluid to pass under the weir when the reservoir pump is activated and to prevent particulate in the fluid from passing under the weir when the reservoir pump is deactivated. The filter may be serviced through an access opening formed in a fabricated surface above the filter and covered by a cover.
