摘要： A method of refining crude oil by distillation and desulfurization for the preparation of petroleum products can reduce cost of apparatus and cost of operation and can be operated with better stability by simplified control of operation. In the method, a naphtha fraction is separated from crude oil by distillation, the residual fraction which remained after the naphtha fraction has been removed from the crude oil is hydrodesulfurized and the hydrodesulfurized fraction is separated into further fractions by distillation. A kerosene fraction and a gas oil fraction of high quality can be obtained and yields of intermediate fractions such as kerosene and gas oil can be increased by introducing a hydrotreating process, a high pressure separation process and a residue fluid catalytic cracking process in a sophisticated way for refining of the residual fraction remained after the naphtha fraction has been removed from the crude oil.

摘要： The present invention is related to a process oil using as a raw material a deasphalted oil obtained by deasphalting a vacuum residual oil of a crude oil and a manufacturing method of the process oil, the process oil having properties of: (a) a polycyclic aromatics (PCA) content of less than 3 mass %; (b) a viscosity (100° C.) of 40 to 70 mm2/s; (c) an aniline point of 85 to 100° C.; (d) a flash point of 250° C. or higher; (e) an aromatic hydrocarbon content of 40 to 55 mass %; and (f) a polar substance content of 10 to 15 mass %. The present invention is also related to a process oil and a manufacturing method of the process oil, the process oil obtained by mixing: an extract obtained by deasphalting and solvent-extracting a vacuum residual oil of a crude oil; and a lubricant base oil having a polycyclic aromatics (PCA) content of less than 3 mass %, and having properties of: (a) a polycyclic aromatics (PCA) content of less than 3 mass %; (i) a viscosity (100° C.) of 30 to 80 mm2/s; (j) an aniline point of 90° C. or lower; (k) a flash point of 240° C. or higher; (l) a benzo(a)pyrene content of 1 mass ppm or less; (m) a specified aromatic compound content of 10 mass ppm or less; and (n) a polar substance content of 10 to 30 mass %.

摘要： The processing oil contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, which is a substance known to be toxic to the human body, in an amount of less than 3 wt. % and an aromatic hydrocarbon in an amount of 25 wt. % or more, and has a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. of 10-30 mm2/s, a density of 0.870-970 g/cm3, and a 5 vol. % recovery temperature of 370-530° C. The processing oil exhibits excellent performance which has conventionally been obtained. The processing oil can be produced by a method in which oil mixture comprising an extract obtained through extraction from mineral oil by use of a polar solvent in an amount of 40-97 vol. % and lubricating base oil in an amount of 3-60 vol. % is subjected to extraction treatment by use of a polar solvent.
