The γ-oryzanol (A) is a mixture containing at least one ferulate ester of a vegetable sterol and at least one ferulate ester of a triterpene alcohol, and the hydrolysate of the γ-oryzanol (A) is a mixture containing at least one vegetable sterol and at least one triterpene alcohol.
