摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture, light-weight, and easy-to-handle all-weather radio wave absorbing panel unit by dividing a frequency band ranging from low-frequency to high-frequency into several phases, selecting a carbon content and its shape for each phase and forming a radio wave absorber made of soft resinous foam that can exactly fit to a desired frequency band, dividing the radio wave absorbing case into two pieces of a bottom part and a cover part, fitting the cover part to the bottom part, and combining them into a unit through fitting to firmly secure air-tightness. SOLUTION: A radio wave absorber 30 is formed by dividing the surface shape of a radio wave entering side of a carbon containing soft resinous foam into two sorts - an uneven shape and an even shape, and the radio wave absorber 30 is housed in a case 1 that is composed of a bottom part 20 and a cover part 10 that use FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) material with a dielectric constant of 3.0 or less. 摘要： A resist is peeled without leaving a residue after peeling, by bringing a resist-peeling liquid comprising a primary aliphatic amine of 2-6 carbon atoms into contact with the surface of an etched novolak positive photoresist, and removing the resist-peeling liquid containing the thus peeled resist from the surface of the etched resist. The used resist-peeling liquid can easily be recovered and regenerated.
