摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil activating material capable of remarkably increasing the content of calcium in agricultural products and a method of simply and inexpensively producing the soil activating material.
SOLUTION: The soil activating material contains soluble calcium and magnesium. The soluble calcium means a calcium in a form easily absorbable into a plant body in the soil and easily movable in the plant body after being absorbed. The soil activating material is obtained by heating and stirring a composition for the soil activating material which contains food waste, magnesia lime and quick lime. The agricultural products obtained using the soli activating material has the remarkably increased content of calcium regardless of the kinds or the plantations.
