    • PURPOSE: To effectively and inexpensively prepare a wood block with high quality, by a method wherein wood is processed into elongated wood pieces which are, in turn, piled up in a press apparatus in a state arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof and the arranged wood pieces are solidified under pressure.
      CONSTITUTION: Wood 3 is successively supplied to the feeder 2 of an elongated wood piece producing apparatus 1 while arranged neatly in the longitudinal direction thereof and the processed elongated wood pieces 11 are successively conveyed to a press apparatus 13 in a state aligned in the longitudinal direction by a conveyor apparatus 12 and, after they are piled up so as to arrange the longitudinal direction in said press apparatus 13, solidified by said press apparatus 13 to mold the objective wood block. The conveyor apparatus 12 pref. has such a structure that the elongated pieces are conveyed to the press apparatus by two conveyors in such a state that they are held between two conveyors under pressure while holding the longitudinal direction thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a device to machine a work in its every angle being left as mounted, by turnably providing a turning bed, having a turning shaft, on a bottom mounting bed further swivellably providing an upper mounting bed. CONSTITUTION:A bottom mounting bed 1 is mounted to a machine tool, and after a work is fixed to the upper surface of an upper mounting bed 16, a handle 29, if it is turned to a right direction, moves rightward by a round pinion engaging rack 22. Next, a device lifts an auxiliary lever 19 in accordance with a movement of the handle 29 to the right by both swivelling the upper mounting bed 16 about a main lever 18 serving as the supporting point and interlocking the first and the second arm 20 and 25 to the upper mounting bed 1 about a mounting bolt 24 serving as the supporting point. Here the device, correctly calculating the height between the upper surface of a turning bed 5 and the auxiliary lever 19 corresponding to a tilt angle of the upper mounting bed 16 and inserting a block gage 35 of the calculation value between the turning bed 5 and the auxiliary lever 19, performs machining by fixing a swivel of the first and the second arm 20 and 25 through a tightening unit 31.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine water-circulatory natural-type fish-and-shellfish breeding system by which terrestrial cultivation fishery activities are conducted, for the purpose of improving the food self-sufficiency rate of marine resources under critically declining tendency stemmed from global warming effects.SOLUTION: The system comprises the following scheme: by utilizing inland's unused farmlands, wastelands, marginal lands, desertified arid regions, etc., sea algal spores are rooted in a rounding-type artificial lagoon A constructed of dug ground, FRP or concrete structure to form a marine algal bank, which is equipped with a gentle slope B where shorereef-natured seabed-living fish-and-shellfish are bred and a sandy layer C where marine water-cleaning actions are conducted by sea algae and bivalves and sandy seabed-living fish-and-shellfish; and marine water brought thereinto by a marine water intake system and a pipeline transport system each with renewable energy as the main power source is circulated in the lagoon to form an artificial marine algal bank by a breeding technology such as for Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida); further, a marine ecological system consisting of the natural world's food chains thanks to the activities of various zoo/phytoplanktons caught via the marine water intake ports is reproduced, thus breeding fish-and-shellfish without feeding.
