摘要： A controlled apparatus periodically transmits state information indicating the state of the apparatus, and when the state has been changed, transmits state information indicating the state after the change. Upon receiving state information from the controlled apparatus, a control apparatus, when not requesting a change of state in the controlled apparatus, returns the state information to the controlled apparatus, and when requesting a change of the state in the controlled apparatus, changes state parameters in the state information that correspond to the state to be changed to required values and transmits the state information after the change to the controlled apparatus as a control command. The controlled apparatus, upon receiving the control command from the control apparatus, changes to a state in accordance with the state parameters that follow the change and transmits the state information indicating the state after the change to the control apparatus.

An echo canceler extracts only a pulse amplitude modulation signal to be received, and transmitting and receiving equalizers improve the equalization accuracy of the pulse amplitude modulation signals. An error correction circuits correct errors in the pulse amplitude modulation signals, the data quality is improved. Therefore, fast data transmission/reception can be performed by using a two-wire cable instead of a four-wire cable.

摘要： A novel process for preparing tumor-specific T cells is disclosed. According to the invention, antitumor-active, tumor-specific T cells are prepared by transducing a TCR gene from a tumor-specific CTL into antitumor-active T cells that have been nonspecifically activated, thus enabling tumor-specific cellular immunotherapy to be carried out from even small amounts of blood. MHC class I-restricted, tumor-specific Th cells are obtained by the method, allowing for the production of cells that react with tumor cells expressing an MHC class I molecule and show a helper activity and an antitumor activity.
