摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors for a split hair end which have a structure to facilitate guiding gray hair to a gray hair cutting portion and to prevent gray hair once put in the cutting portion from easily coming off the cutting portion, allow a user to easily cut only the gray hair desired to be cut at the desired position in the gray hair only by the conventional and basic actions of the scissors, such as opening, moving to any position, and closing, and also are usable, regardless of the length of the hair.
SOLUTION: The scissors include notched portions in the blade portions, and have a structure to form small hole shapes in the joint portion of the blades by the notched portions of the blades when the scissors are opened at an acute angle and also to allow an overlapped portion to be recessed in a direction without touching the facing blades when guide portions between the front ends and the notched portions in the main bodies are superimposed on the main bodies at the ends of the small hole portions. Consequently, a gap is formed between the facing blades in the overlapped portion when the scissors are opened.

A global weather deciding part 901 decides weather in each global area obtained by dividing the whole map of a virtual world into a plurality of global areas. The weather in the global area in question is decided at intervals of a first time, in accordance with a preset behavior model and considering area information of each global area in advance. A local weather deciding part 902 decides weather in each local area obtained by dividing each global area into a plurality of local areas. The weather in the local area in question is decided at intervals of a second time, which is shorter than the first time, in accordance with the weather of the global area concerned decided by the global weather deciding part 901, and considering area information of each local area.
