摘要： An object is to provide a modified xanthan gum, a modified gum arabic, and a modified tamarind seed gum produced by crosslinking a naturally occurring polysaccharide such as xanthan gum, gum arabic, or tamarind seed gum, by irradiating them with radiation, and methods for crosslinking xanthan gum, gum arabic, and tamarind seed gum.In one aspect, the invention is a modified xanthan gum produced by crosslinking xanthan gum by irradiating a solution containing 10 to 70% by weight of xanthan gum with 5 to 200 kGy of radiation. In another aspect, the invention is a modified gum arabic produced by crosslinking gum arabic by irradiating a solution containing 10 to 50% by weight of gum arabic with 5 to 200 kGy of radiation. In another aspect, the invention is a modified tamarind seed gum produced by crosslinking tamarind seed gum by irradiating a solution containing 10 to 50% by weight of tamarind seed gum with 5 to 50 kGy of radiation.

摘要： The present invention provides a drive transmission for vehicles, which is interposed in a driving power transmission line extending from a driving power source to driving wheels, which includes a main driving shaft, a hydrostatic transmission (HST), a mechanical transmission and a planetary gear device. An input shaft of the HST is adapted to receive a part of driving power of the driving power source, which is branched from the main driving shaft, and the output shaft of the HST is adapted to output the driving power variable in response to the operation of the volume varying operation member. A driving shaft of the mechanical transmission is adapted to receive a part of the driving power from the driving power source via the main driving shaft. The planetary gear device includes a sun gear non-rotatably coupled to the output shaft of the HST, a carrier non-rotatably coupled to the driven shaft, planet gears in mesh with the sun gear to be moved therearound according to the rotation of the carrier, and an outer ring with an internal gear in mesh with the planet gears, in which the driving power to be transmitted to the driving wheels is taken out of the outer ring.

摘要： A recording apparatus and a recording method that can record both moving picture data and still picture data in a form reproducible by various reproducing apparatus. The moving picture data is compressed by an MPEG system by an MPEG encoder (2), formed into data for recording corresponding to a predetermined recording format by a format forming unit (3), and then recorded on a DVD (100). The still picture data is compressed by a JPEG system by a JPEG encoder (6), and recorded on the DVD (100) separately from the moving picture data. In predetermined timing, the still picture data compressed by the JPEG system and recorded on the DVD (100) is read, the still picture data is converted into I-pictures of the MPEG system by a format converting unit (7), and then the I-pictures of the MPEG system are recorded onto the DVD (100) in the predetermined format via the format forming unit (3).
