摘要： A method of making a molded resin product includes the steps of (i) providing a plurality of liquid resin components that each include a reaction monomer for a resin, wherein at least one of the liquid resin components includes a catalyst, at least one of the liquid resin components includes an activator, and at least one of the liquid resin components includes thermally expandable microspheres, (ii) mixing the liquid resin components; and (iii) injecting the mixed liquid resin components into a mold at a predetermined temperature. 摘要： A liquid molding resin component for use in a reaction injection molding process includes a liquid resin reaction monomer including metathesis polymerizable cycloolefin and a plurality of nonswelling mica. The plurality of nonswelling mica have an average particle size in a range of about 35 micro m to about 500 micro m and have a bulk density in a range of about 0.10 g/ml to about 0.27 g/ml. Further, a liquid resin component system for use in a reaction injection molding process includes a plurality of liquid resin components that each include a reaction monomer including metathesis polymerizable cycloolefin. At least one of the liquid resin components includes a catalyst component of a metathesis polymerization catalyst system and at least one of the liquid resin components includes an activator component of a metathesis polymerization catalyst system, and at least one of the liquid resin components includes a plurality of nonswelling mica having an average particle size in a range of about 35 micro m to about 500 micro m and having a bulk density in a range of about 0.10 g/ml to 0.27 g/ml.

摘要： A single or a plurality of tubes (2) are joined to a body cylinder (1) via tube plates (3a, 3b) at the upper and lower ends so as to form a structure in which the interior (4) and exterior (5) of the single or a plurality of tubes (2) are isolated from each other. Either one of the interior (4) and exterior (5) of the tubes is used as low-pressure towers, and the others as high-pressure towers, by setting the operating pressures therein to different levels. The tube surfaces are formed as heat transfer surfaces so that heat is transferred from a high-pressure side (high-temperature side) to a low-pressure side (low-temperature side). A single or a plurality of tubes (2) of varying diameter are connected via reducers (20), whereby a single or a plurality of tubes (2) having a gradually varying diameter are provided between the tube plates (3a, 3b) at the upper and lower ends. Thus, the cross-sectional area of the towers is increased from the tops thereof to the bottoms thereof in a condensation section (interior of the tubes) (4), and decreased from the tops thereof to the bottoms thereof in a recovery section (exterior of the tubes) (5).

This enables rapid rise of the temperature of the polymerization raw materials by utilizing sensible heat, resulting in reduced generation of insoluble substances. In addition, providing a reaction step following the raw material injection step allows the polymerization reaction to proceed until a desired molecular weight is achieved, resulting in improved yield.

摘要： A method for producing a hydrogenated petroleum resin by reacting dicyclopentadiene with a vinyl aromatic compound, subjecting the reaction product obtained by this reaction to thermal polymerization, and then hydrogenating the resulting product, including the following steps (A) to (C): (A) a preliminary reaction step of reacting a vinyl aromatic compound represented by the following Formula (1) (in the formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom or the like) with dicyclopentadiene under the condition that selectivity for a phenylnorbornene derivative, which is a reaction product and is represented by the following Formula (2) {in the formula, R1 has the same meaning as in the above Formula (1)}, is 90% or more to obtain a reaction liquid containing the phenylnorbornene derivative: (B) a polymerization step of heating the reaction liquid, which contains the phenylnorbornene derivative and is obtained in the preliminary reaction step (A), to a temperature of 240 to 300° C. to polymerize the reaction liquid, thereby obtaining a polymerization reaction product; and (C) a hydrogenation step of hydrogenating the polymerization reaction product, which is obtained in the polymerization step (B), in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a hydrogenated petroleum resin.
