摘要： The present invention provides antibacterial zeolite exhibiting a less discoloring action, obtained by treating the surface of zeolite supporting an antibacterial metal with 0.5 to 20% by weight, based on said zeolite, of a composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a hydrolyzable silane and/or oligomer thereof which comprises 10 to 100% by weight of a hydrolyzable silane and/or oligomer thereof having an aryl group; (B) 1 to 1000 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having a basic nitrogen atom; and (C) 0.2 to 250 parts by weight of an acid which is soluble in water and which can form a salt with the aforesaid (B). The present antibacterial zeolite exhibits a remarkably less action of discoloring an organic polymer which contains the antibacterial zeolite when the polymer blend is placed under the influence of heat or the sunshine.

摘要： The present invention is concerned with a high water-absorbent resin composition, produced by forming a composite by fusing or fixing a thermoplastic resin onto a surface of a high water-absorbent resin via an adhesive binder or directly, wherein the composition comprises from 1 to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin, based on 100 parts by weight of the high water-absorbent resin.When the high water-absorbent resin composition of the present invention is used, it is possible to securely adhere a high water-absorbent resin to a fibrous base material, so that a water-absorbent material which stably retains the high water-absorbent resin even after absorbing water can be obtained. Accordingly, the base materials, such as fibrous base materials, can retain more amount of high water-absorbent resin than those of conventional water-absorbent materials. Thus, it is possible to provide water-absorbent composites suitable for various applications, including hygienic materials, such as paper diapers and sanitary napkins, and agricultural, horticultural, food, and other industrial materials.

摘要： A method of and apparatus for controlling the velocity of an industrial robot where the velocity is controlled without producing an edge when an instruction velocity is higher than an allowable velocity and an operator can readily recognize the actual velocity of the robot. The method includes the setting of an allowable velocity for a first step section or each of step sections in an acceleration or deceleration section between taught points for each of the axes of the robot. At the first or each step section an instruction velocity to each axis is compared with a corresponding allowable velocity, and when the former is highter than the latter, a control cycle after which a next trigger signal is to be developed is modified using the allowable and instruction velocities. Upon such first playback operation, data related to a maximum velocity which is reached by modification of the control cycle is stored in memory, and then, in a next playback operation or operations, the maximum velocity is computed in accordance with the stored data. The thus computed maximum velocity is used in place of the instruction velocity and displayed on a display.

摘要： A method and device determines whether or not an origin return operation is required for an industrial robot, such as an arc welding robot, upon resupplying of power after power cut-off during operation of the robot. The method and device enlarge an applicable range of an origin return elimination technique and also improve the reliability of a rotational angle detecting device. After power cut-off during the operation of the industrial robot, a plurality of position data of the same movable portion of the robot are retrieved, and a determination is made as to whether or not the origin return operation is required upon resupplying of power according to a difference between each position data.
