Thereby, the tape reel 4 is held rotatably and detachably. In addition, magnetic force from the main body 1 enables a tape cutter 20 to be used by attaching to a vertical face such as a side face of a steel desk.

The method achieves anodic bonding of substrates with high yield and at the same time establishes wiring connection, effective for packaging.
