    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, intermittent combustion gas turbine as a prime mover for, mobile or stationary use improved from a conventional engine in terms of performance, cost, fuel consumption, and exhaust gas composition, having no vibration, is structured simply, and easy to start. SOLUTION: In front of each compression blade, a fuel nozzle 46 is installed protruding into an air intake 17, and the fuel is mixed with the influx air, and the mixture is compressed y axial flow compression blades 15 and radial flow compression blades 3. A bulkhead 6 for partitioning the combustion from compression is furnished with one or several suction holes 31, which are opened by the pressure of the compressed mixture gas. Blocking is done with a plate-form check valve 32, and opening is restricted by a suppression plate 33, which is provided with a circular or square hole (s), and the valve is pushed from back by the pressure of combustion gas, and thereby flames are prevented from intruding to the mixture gas side likely to be caused by a lag in the closing. The mixture gas, having intruded into the check valve 32 closed and a ring-shaped combustion chamber 35 surrounded by walls touches a hot heater plug 30, makes ignited explosion and adiabatic expansion, and blows to radial flow driving blades 7, it revolves in one direction and further blows to axial flow driving blades 13, to rotate a shaft 25.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine with no vibration, in a simple structure and with ease of maintenance and start, as a prime mover for mobile or stationary industrial machinery including an automobile and a generator, supervisor to a reciprocating engine in performance, cost and exhaust component. SOLUTION: An intake air stay 2 in a cover 1 is partitioned from a combustion chamber 5 in a cylinder 4 with a partition wall 3 to prevent explosive pressure from negatively applied on a compression blade. The combustion chamber is formed in an annular shape to encircle an intake air hole 47 so that inflow intake air and injected fuel can be put in contact with an electric heat tap 52 without fail to be ignited and exploded. Explosive gas is swirled and expanded with insulated heat and blown to an axial blade on its whole periphery to turn a shaft 30 and turn the compression blade with an axial current and a final double current in the cylinder. The adjacent blade is reversed to straighten the explosive gas, reverse the blade in the cylinder and compress and straighten intake air. An intake air valve 48 is forcibly opened by the pressure in the intake air stay 2, fuel in a pump room 32 is pushed by a piston 34 with its movement, injected from a jet and put in contact with the electric heat tap together with inflow intake air to be ignited and exploded, the intake air valve is closed with its pressure and fuel is absorbed into the pump room with is movement.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small gas turbine which possesses high performance and low cost to replace a reciprocal engine as a generator for mobile industrial machine such as an automobile vehicle and which facilitate maintenance and starting thereof, with no vibration. SOLUTION: Compression blades 8 in one side and impulse blades 15 in other side are formed integrally and a blade wheel 2 is keyed to a shaft 1, the both end of which are supported by the bearings 3, 4. A partitioner 9 with a number of pierced holes 10 and plate spring 11, for closing these holes are pinched by the cases 5, 6. Several plugs 13 are provided in a combustion chamber 12. Guide blade 14 inside the case 6 and cooling fins 25, 26 outside the case are formed. On a support 17 keyed to the shaft an axial flow turbine 16 is secured. A flywheel 29 having impulse vanes 30 is keyed to the shaft. Guide blade 28 is disposed in a portion of a cover 27, and several exhaust part 31 are formed. A tank 18 with an air pump 23 is attached and the port 19 and 24 communicating to the combustion chamber 12 is closed by pushing with a spring 21 at the tapered part of a needle valve 20. When opening the needle valve with a ring 22 the turbine is started by using the pressurized gas in the tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, economical, vibrationproof, and compact prime mover. SOLUTION: An impeller 2, having a compression spring 8 integrally provided on one side and having an impulse blade 15 integrally provided on the back side, is secured to a shaft 1 and supported by bearings 3, 4, the compression blade 8 serving also as a cooling fin. A partition plate 9 pierced with a number of holes 10 and a plate spring 11 closing the holes are sandwiched between cases 5, 6. Several heating plugs 13 are provided in a combustion chamber 12 in the case 6. A guide plate 25 is provided on the inside of the case 6, and a cooling fin 25 is provided on the outside of the case 6. An axial flow turbine 16 is secured to a base 17 secured to the shaft 1. A cooling fin 26 is provided on the outside of the holding part of the case 6 which holds the bearing 4. A tank 18 provided with an air pump 23 is provided in the combustion chamber 12 in the case 6. Holes 19, 24 leading to the combustion chamber 12 are closed by the taper part of a needle valve 20 by pressing the taper part with a spring 21. The needle valve 20 is raised with a lever 22 for startup.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent overflow of fuel by providing a mushroom valve having the same outside diameter as inside diameter of an air passage along a shaft in such a way that it can slide by operation from the outside and pressing a spring against the flow of air. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 4 which can be moved from the outside is provided on an axis of a cylindrical air passage. A mushroom valve 2 having the same outside diameter as the air passage is provided along the shaft 4 in such a way that it can slide. A pipe wall in the scope in which the mushroom valve 2 moves is bored in the circular shape to make an air passage 14, and a fuel nozzle 6 protrudes in the air passage 14. A fuel passage 9 from a fuel tank is opened in a conical boss 11 in which the fuel nozzle is screwed, and a float chamber 8 in which a float 7 having a conical hole which fits the boss is stored is tightened in a main body of a carburetor 1 by the fuel nozzle 6. Consequently, a small quantity of air and fuel from the fuel nozzle 6 flow in a knotched section 12 by the operation of the shaft 4 only by the mushroom valve 2, and it is possible to obtain idling rotation at low speed and prevent overflow of fuel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine that excels a reciprocating engine in performance, cost and exhaust components as a movable or stationary prime mover, has a simple structure causing no vibrations, needs easier maintenance and starting, and utilizes various types of fuel. SOLUTION: A disk 5 that is mounted on its one surface with compression blades 9 and on the other with impulse blades 4 is secured on a shaft 23 through a boss 28. The disk is mounted on its circumference with a ring 6 that defines an intake reservoir 64 encircling the compression blades and a combustion chamber 62 encircling the impulse blades. This ring has an intake port 40, which is closed by an intake valve 39. For a startup, an air tank 31 blows compressed air over the impulse blades to rotate a magnet 19, which accordingly generates electricity to red-heat a heating plug 61. A resultant rise in pressure of the reservoir opens the valve, in which state a fuel nozzle hole 37 jets fuel out into the combustion chamber so that it flows together with intake air up to the plug and ignites there. The explosion pressure closes the valve, in which state the combustion gas expands in the combustion chamber adiabatically and blows the impulse blades round to rotate the shaft. The combustion gas is straightened by guide vanes 10 to rotate the compression blades, which are integrated with axial blades 13, and supercharge the reservoir, and is also straightened by guide vanes 67 to rotate axial blades 68 and rotate the shaft.

CONSTITUTION:A ball 7 sliding in an airtight manner within cylinders 5 arranged symmetrically about a center is rolled over an oval orbit through a centrifugal force generated owing to rotation and one full turn reliably completes four cycles of air intake, compression, explosion, and exhaust. The cooling fin 24 of each cylinder forms the blade of a pump, lubricating oil and air in a case are circulated, heat 16 transmitted from a cooling fin inside the case and to a cooling fin at the outside thereof, and cooling is effected by means of a cooling fan at a shaft end. With the hole 9 of the cylinder opened at the top dead center of compression, sucked fuel-air mixture is brought into a heating plug 14 heated to redness for ignition explosion. Further, when, by exchanging a case 3, a surface forms a disc-shape slide surface wherein a pair of delivery hole and an intake groove are arranged symmetrically to each other, other parts are additionally functioned as a compressor.

As to the revolution control, the rotation is automatically made constant by controlling the opening of a plate check valve integrated with the same shaft of the piston 36 sliding in an air chamber which leads to an air inlet. Moreover, a piston is pushed by the lever 39, and the rotation is controlled or stopped compulsorily.

SOLUTION: This gas turbine is constituted in such a way that several intake holes 63 provided on a bulkhead 6 which shuts off compression and combustion are blocked by a check valve 45 which is opened by compression air pressure and is closed by combustion gas pressure. Air-fuel mixture is sucked and injected by a valve shaft piston 47 on the combustion side due to opening and closing of the valve, is applied to a red heat part of an electric heating plug 43, and is ignited and exploded. Fuel from a fuel nozzle 54 is mixed into air entering from an intake hole 76. A needle valve 56 integral with a piston 73 which is linked to an air intake port 61 through a ventilation hole 55 and moves in a chamber 57 whose pressure is increased and decreased in accordance with an amount of flowing air controls fuel from the fuel nozzle 54 and controls the rotation of a shaft 33. Combustion gas is adiabatically expanded at pressure several times compressed air pressure in an annular combustion chamber 70 closed by the check valve 45, turns, and is blasted against a double flow drive blade 5 at whole periphery to rotate it and then rotate an axial flow blade.
