    • In order to provide a new linear actuator device that corrects the offset shift caused by the weight of a needle, while conserving power and not increasing the size of the device, a linear actuator device (1) is equipped with: an electromagnetic drive unit (10) for driving reciprocating movement of a needle (23) by conducting an electric current according to a drive command (Iref); and an offset correction unit (11) for correcting the drive command (Iref) so as to create an offset electric current for moving the reciprocating movement center (Wc) of the needle (23) in the direction that eliminates the deviation between the reciprocating movement center (Wc) of the needle (23) and the center (Dc) of a possible movement range (D), in the case that when an electric current is not being conducted, the needle (23) shifts due to the weight thereof from the center (Dc) of the prescribed possible movement range (D), and thus the possible range of motion (W1) becomes smaller than the possible movement range (D). The offset correction unit (11) acquires the amplitude information associated with the amplitude value (Lp) of the needle (23) required for reciprocating movement according to the drive command (Iref), and in the case that the adjustable amplitude (W1/2) is insufficient in relation to the amplitude value (Lp) associated with the acquired amplitude information, implements a correction of the drive command (Iref); and in the case that the same is not insufficient, cancels the correction of the drive command (Iref).

    • The present invention provides a high-frequency dielectric heating device comprises: a microwave output unit including an inverter unit using a semiconductor switching element, heat-radiating fins for radiating the heat generated by an IGBT, a printed board having a thermistor for detecting the temperature of the semiconductor switching element, wherein the thermistor being soldered to a leg portion of the semiconductor switching element or near to the leg portion thereof on the side of the soldering surface of the printed board, a booster transformer, a high-voltage rectifier unit, and a magnetron; and a heat-cooking chamber fed with microwaves radiated from the magnetron. When the thermistor has assumed a predetermined resistance, a power-down control operation is effected by greatly decreasing the power fed to the semiconductor switching element. Then, permitting the power fed to the semiconductor switching element to vary depending upon the resistance of the thermistor.
