摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron oven for producing bamboo charcoal, enabling to easily charge bamboo materials and discharge the produced bamboo charcoal, sufficiently conduct heat to the bamboo materials also in the lower portion, and collect also bamboo bituminous substances. SOLUTION: A canopy 2 having an expanded upper surface is openably disposed on the over main body 1 whose upper surface is opened. A heating chamber 3 and a chimney 4 are disposed in the front and rear portions of the oven main body 1, respectively. The bottom surface 3B of the ignition portion 3A of the heating chamber 3 is disposed at a lower position than the floor surface 1A of the oven main body 1. The heat blow-out port 3C in the rear portion of the heating chamber 3 is connected to the upper portion of the front wall 1B of the oven main body 1. The lower opening 4A of the chimney 4 is connected to a lower smoke-exhausting port 5 than the floor surface 1A of the oven main body 1 and opened in the floor 1A. A water drain 6 is disposed in the smoke-exhausting port 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fire protecting performance of a filter by providing the filler formed of a hard plastic foam containing baked powder of diatomaceous earth. SOLUTION: This sizing board is formed of a surface material 1 having female and male fitting parts 11b, 11c formed on both side edges thereof, a filler 12 to be filled in the surface material 1, and a reverse material 13 to be stuck to the reverse side of the filler 12. The filler 12 is formed by mixing a prescribed quantity of baked powder of diatomaceous earth into a foamed raw solution of hard plastic foam, and foaming and filling it into the surface material 11. The content ratio of the baked powder of diatomaceous earth is set to 5-20% by weight, and the water protecting performance of the hard plastic foam itself is improved according to the content ratio of the baked powder of diatomaceous earth to be mixed into the filler 12, and such an improving effect becomes remarkable as the content of the baked powder of diatomaceous earth is increased.
