Ветроэлектростанция содержит лопасти, выполненные в виде двух или более сегментов наружной части полого тора с верхними и нижними кромки, а также внутренними и внешними торцами, лопасти между внутренними и внешними торцами со стороны нижних и верхних кромок шарнирно прикреплены к кронштейнам, жестко закрепленным к корпусу подшипников, насаженных на неподвижную ось, к лопасти между центром и внешним торцом у верхней и нижней кромок шарнирно присоединены штоки, другим концом штоки шарнирно скреплены со смежной лопастью снаружи посредством рычагов со стойкой, одна лопасть шарнирно соединена с г-образным рычагом-кронштейном с грузом на противоположном конце. В другом варианте выполнения каждая лопасть между внутренним и внешним торцами снаружи шарнирно скреплена с кронштейнами посредством г-образных рычагов со стойками, жестко прикрепленными к лопасти, кронштейны жестко закреплены к корпусу подшипников, насаженных на неподвижную ось, и шарнирно соединены с г-образными рычагами со стойками по центру, а другие концы г-образных рычагов шарнирно соединены со штоками, одна из лопастей шарнирно соединена с г-образным рычагом-кронштейном, на противоположном конце которого прикреплен груз. Изобретение позволяет повысить использование энергии ветра вне зависимости от его направления и скорости, а также повысить надежность при сильных ветрах.

摘要： The invention relates to a system and to a method for retrievable storage, detection and reproduction of information by formation and detection of data elements which are applied to or formed on the surface of information carriers of the advertising and/or information media. The system is intended to create the previously lacking possibility for optimisation of the advantages of digital communication technology in connection with the conventional printing and advertising technology. The advantages of conventional print media (for example newspaper, periodical, magazine, book) on the basis of the handling of said conventional print media, the visually pleasing design and the high-quality translations of multilingual editions should be combined with the advantages of digital communication technology. The problem addressed by the invention is that of creating a system and a method which serves for operating the system, which based on the detectable data elements of an information carrier, in particular the display elements on the printed surface of printed materials and the visual display elements on substrates having advertising information, enable retrievable storage and reproduction of information based on the information carrier, wherein the data exchange between print media, advertising media and digital communication technology is enabled over the entire range and wherein existing multilingual information carriers are included. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe, indem nach der Erfassung der jeweiligen textlichen und/oder bildlichen Darstellungselemente von Werbeflächen mittels mobiler Endgeräte darin codierte datentechnische Verbindungscodes zu Datenquellen mit weiteren sekundären Informationen und zu Sendern eines Ortungssystems decodiert und mit diesen verbunden werden sowie danach die sekundären Informationen und die Ortungssignale von den Sendern an die erfassenden mobilen Endgeräte funktechnisch übertragen werden. Vorteilhaft wird das Verfahren so gestaltet, dass die Codierung der Verbindungsinformationen durch Pixelanordnungen innerhalb der in der Werbedarstellung wiedergegebenen Firmenlogos erfolgt, die eine unterschiedliche geometrische Form gegenüber den anderen Pixeln aufweisen und in der Gesamtansicht der Firmenlogos nicht sichtbar sind. Neben der Möglichkeit der individuellen Vorauswahl der die Waren und Dienstleister anbietenden Hersteller und Dienstleister werden mit dem Verfahren die Möglichkeiten der Orientierung, Wegweisungen sowie interaktiven Aktionen wie Kauf, Bestellung und Download ermöglicht.
