摘要： A direct reduction process for iron oxide-containing materials is disclosed. Synthesis gas is mixed with top gas produced during direct reduction of iron-oxide-containing materials and is used as reduction gas for direct reduction. In order to avoid or reduce metal dusting caused by an increased CO content of the reduction gas by a simple and economical technique and with a simple and economical equipment, while reducing energy consumption, the H2O content of the reduction gas is set between 1 and 2 %, preferably at approximately 1.5 % by washing away the CO2 contained in a partial volume of top gas before the top gas is used as reduction gas, the washed top gas is mixed with synthesis gas, is directly brought to a predetermined temperature by irrigation and at the same time saturated with H2O, after direct irrigation it is heated up to a temperature above saturation temperature by admixture of non-washed top gas, and is then used as reduction gas.

摘要： Described is a method of directly reducing a particulate iron-containing material, the method calling for reformed gas to be at least partly freed of CO2, fed as the reducing gas to the reduction zone of a fluidized bed and drawn off from the zone as top gas, at least part of the top gas being used again, mixed with reformed gas, in the direct reduction. In order to reduce the number of plant components which come into contact with the reducing gas and to lower the heating costs, at least part of the CH4 and N2 is removed, in addition to CO2, from 50 to 100 % of the reformed gas and 0 to 100 % of the top gas by adsorption, and the tail gas removed by adsorption from the reformed gas and top gas is used for heating purposes.

摘要： Bei einem Verfahren zur Reduktion von eisenerzhältigem teilchenförmigem Material in einem mindestens zweistufigen Verfahren wird Reduktionsgas durch mindestens zwei in Serie hintereinandergeschaltete, von bewegtem teilchenförmigem Material gebildete Reaktionszonen geleitet und das teilchenförmige Material durchsetzt die Reaktionszonen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zum Reduktionsgas, wobei das teilchenförmige Material in der für das teilchenförmige Material ersten Reaktionszone erhitzt und in der weiteren Reaktionszone reduziert wird. Um eine maximale Vorwärmtemperatur ohne Magnetitbildung zu erzielen, wird das der ersten Reaktionszone zugefügte Reduktionsgas konditioniert, sodaß keine oder nahezu keine Reduktion stattfindet, jedoch eine Vorwärmtemperatur für das teilchenförmige Material im Grenzbereich des Beginnens einer Reduktion erzielt wird, wobei entweder der Oxidationsgrad des Reduktionsgases erhöht oder die Temperatur des Reduktionsgases erniedrigt oder beide Maßnahmen gemeinsam durchgeführt werden und wobei in der für das Eisenerz zweiten Reaktorzone ein Temperaturniveau von mindestens etwa 600°C, vorzugsweise im Bereich zwischen 600 und 700°C, insbesondere zwischen 620 und 660°C, eingestellt wird und das eisenoxidhältige Material zu Wüstit reduziert wird.

To make it possible to process not only lump but also fine ore economically over a wide range of quantities, the plant has at least one fluidised bed reactor (15, 16) to accept fine ore, a reducing gas inlet (21) thereinto, an exhaust gas outlet (22) from the fluidised bed reactor (15) and an extractor (34) for the reduction product formed in said fluidised bed reactor (15, 16), in which the top gas outlet (14) of the shaft furnace (1) and the exhaust gas outlet (22) of the fluidised bed reactor (15) open into a cleaning device (23) and then into a heater (25, 26) from which leaves the reducing gas inlet line (21) of the fluidised bed reactor (15, 16).

摘要： In a process for producing liquid raw iron or steel basic products and iron sponge from charges consisting of iron ore and possible additives, the charges are directly reduced to iron sponge in a fixed-bed reducing region (12), the iron sponge is melted in a melt gasification region (8) with the addition of carbon vehicles and oxygen-containing gas and a reduction gas containing CO and H2 is produced which is taken into the reducing region (12), reacted there and drawn off as the export gas, CO2 is extracted from the export gas drawn off and taken as an at least largely CO2-free reducing gas together with some of the reducing gas formed in the melt gasification region (8) to a further reducing region (21) for the direct reduction of iron ore. In order to reduce the investment costs of a plant for implementing this process and improve productivity, part of the reducing gas generated in the melt gasification region (8) is diverted and taken to the further reduction region (21), by-passing the CO2 elimination stage.

摘要： The method concerns introduction of finely granulated ore (in particular, iron ore) into a reactor vessel (1) which is subjected to process gas flow. The ore is first introduced into a vessel (35,36) where it is pressurised by means of a pressurizing gas, and is then delivered into the vessel (1) through the pipe (5). A part of the ore is introduced at least into one further pressure vessel (35,36) and pressurised there, so that continuous charging of the reactor vessel (1) takes place alternatingly from the vessels (35,36). At the same time, a part of the process gas is separated and used in the role of the pressuring gas, and is returned together with ore. The appts. for carrying out the above method is also claimed and is characterised by the presence of at least one further pressurisation vessel (35,36) and switching means for alternative ore supply into the vessels (35,36) and hence into the reactor vessel (1).
