SOLUTION: The new antibodies specifically recognizing a discrete population of human dendritic cells (DC) and methods of isolating the DC, using the antibodies are provided. Also provided are vectors comprising the polynucleotides as well as host cells transformed therewith and their use in the production of the antibodies.
