    • The equipment automatically cleans a piping system running between a drink storage vessel and a tap, particularly for dispensing beer or soft drinks. I has a unit with a water supply section and a separate electrical section. The water section comprises two or more piping systems, separately shut off by valves, branching a part and rejoining. One end is connected va a non-return valve to a water supply under pressure, and the other to a distributor having one or more union, each of which can be shut off. The piping of a system to be cleaned can be connected to each union. Branches have connected to them, upstream of the respective stop valve, the outlet of a metering pump, and there is a further stop valve upstream of the pump connection. The pump intake can be connected to a reservoir for cleaning chemical concentrate. The stop valves and the pump are electrically controlled by the electrical section, which has a programme selector buttom a pushbutton switch, a motor driving the pump and a time switch.
