摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery coating material for reflecting visible light, having higher and stable reflectance in the whole range of 430-700 nm wave length of the visible light, and to provide a reflector plate for a lightening apparatus formed by the coating material. SOLUTION: The powdery coating material for reflecting the visible light is constituted by compounding a polyester resin having 20-80 acid value, a solid epoxy compound having 99-2,000 epoxy equivalent, titanium oxide having a spherical crystal structure, and a coated layer containing inert inorganic oxide such as alumina and silica, and also having 0.2-0.3 μm average particle diameter and ≥2.7 refractive index, 0.02-1 wt.% phosphorus-based curing catalyst and 0.02-1 wt.% phosphorus-based antioxidant. The reflector plate for the lightening apparatus is obtained by coating the coating material containing 38-54 wt.% of the titanium oxide on a metal plate so as to have about 60 μm thickness, and baking the coated product at 170°C. A heat-reflecting plate 26 is formed with an inserting portion 26a at an end and inserted into the inserting part 25c to fix. This heat-reflecting plate 26 is disposed in the neighborhood of filaments 21a, 22a of hot cathodes fluorescent lamps 21, 22. According to this, radiated heat caused by heat generation of the filament is made so as not to conduct to the storage portion mounted on the reflecting body to prevent electronic components and wiring cables housed in the storage portion from deterioration or malfunctions.

When the rotational frequency of the fan 8 reaches a prescribed value, all the slats 6 are opened at the same time by the wind pressure. Therefore, the aromatic is sprayed out from the aromatic releasing core 5 through the slats 6 and the nozzle 7 of the main body case 2.
