摘要： In a dispensing system (101) and process for dispensing a warm wet wipe, a wipe has an aqueous solution and microencapsulated delivery vehicles including a temperature change agent capable of generating a temperature change upon contact with the aqueous solution. An activating device (131) facilitates rupturing of the microencapsulated delivery vehicles as the wet wipe (107) is removed from a wet wipe container to allow contact between the temperature change agent and the aqueous solution of the wet wipe (107) to thereby dispense a warm wet wipe. In another embodiment the wet wipe in the container has an aqueous solution. A lotion having the microencapsulated delivery vehicles is disposed in a lotion container (111) free from contact with the wet wipe (107). An applicator in communication with the lotion is operable to apply the lotion to the wet wipe while the wet wipe is disposed at least in part within the wet wipe container.

摘要： The present invention provides a gas permeable pouch (10) which has various uses including as a sterilization pouch for items in need of sterilization. The pouch (10) has a front panel (12) and a back panel (14), each panel having a top edge margin (21), a bottom edge margin (23) and two side edge margins (25,27) wherein the top margin (21) of the front panel (12) is directly or indirectly joined to the top edge margin (21) of the back panel (14) and each side edge margin (25,27) of the front panel (12) is directly or indirectly joined to the one of the side edge margins (25, 27) of the back panel (14). A bottom panel having a perimeter with a perimeter edge margin (31) is directly or indirectly joined at the perimeter edge margin (31) of the bottom panel to the bottom edge margins (23) of the front panel (12) and back side panel (14) with a line of juncture such, that the bottom edge (24) of the front panel (12) and the bottom edge (24) of the back panel (14) are non-linear when the bottom panel is fully expanded. The front panel (12), back panel (14) and bottom panel define a compartment capable of holding one or more articles and at least one the front panel (12), the back panel (14) or the bottom panel at least partially has a portion containing a gas permeable material. This gas permeable material allows gas to pass through the material and contact the one or more articles contained within the compartment or allows gas to pass through the gas permeable material from the inside of the compartment to the outside of the container. Also disclosed is a method of sterilizing items used in a medical procedure using the gas permeable pouch (10) of the present invention.

The articles were compressed to a first compressed state having a first compressed length and disposed within the packaging component in said state.
