摘要： A needle-type fluorescence sensor 330 that measures glucose based on fluorescence produced by excitation light is provided. The needle-type fluorescence sensor 330 includes a needle body section 333 including a sensor portion 310 disposed in a needle distal end portion 332 and metal lines 321, 322, and 323 disposed from the sensor portion 310 to a needle proximal end portion 334, and a connector 335 which is integrated with the needle body section 333 and in which the metal lines 321, 322, and 323 extend. The sensor portion 310 includes a silicon substrate 311 having first and second principal surfaces, a PD device 312 that converts fluorescence into an electric signal, an LED device 315 that transmits fluorescence and emits excitation light, and an indicator layer 317 that interacts with an analyte under the excitation light to produce fluorescence. The PD device 312, the LED device 315, and the indicator layer 317 overlap with each other above the first principal surface of the silicon substrate 311.

摘要： The gain deterioration of an optical receiver by the dropping of the signal source impedance on the high frequency side is compensated by inserting a frequency characteristic compensating inductor (7) between a light receiving device (1) and a bias power source (5) used therefore. The device (1) is connected to the power source (5) through the inductor (7). The resonance frequency determined by the parasitic capacitance and junction capacitance of the inductor (7) and device (1) is made nearly equal to the upper limit frequency of the frequency band of the optical receiver. Hence the signal source impedance of the device (1) is increased equivalently and the gain deterioration of the optical receiver is compensated.
