SOLUTION: A crusher is pivotally mounted by the claw 18 and the pin 6 of a bucket-like frame 1 mounted pivotally by pins 30, 30 on the edge of the rotating arm A of a civil engineering machine to sandwich and crush the object C to be crushed such as a concrete lump between the crushing claws 4 of an arm 5 inclined by a hydraulic cylinder 9 to be taken in the crusher. The crushing drum 14 radially forming crushing teeth 13 is rotated by a hydraulic motor 12, the object C to be crushed is finely cut between the inner wall faces 8 of a frame 1, and delivered from the delivering outlet of the frame 1. Thereby large crushing and fine cutting of the object C to be crushed can be performed by the same crusher. When a part of the crushing drum 14 is projected and delivered from the delivering outlet 3, a base or the like is cut by the crushing drum 14 to be flattened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely operate a hook part and prevent looseness by screwing a lock lever on a rotation screw lever provided on an exchanger body and pushing a movable engaging jaw by the lock lever in the direction of a fixing lever. SOLUTION: An engaging jaw 3 is fixed on one side of the turning arm of a civil engineering machine by a pin 5' and a movable engaging jaw body 4 is rotatably pivoted by a pin 5 on the other side. The fixing levers 8, 8' of the other working body is supported on curvature fitting parts 6, 7 to attach the working body to the turning arm. A bearing member 10 is fixed on the body 1 to horizontally support a rotation screw lever 9. A lock bar 11 is screwed to the rotation screw lever 9, and a cushion member 14 is inserted between the bearing members 10, 13. A handle corner part 12 is rotated to push the lock bar 11, and the movable engaging jaw body 4 is pushed. The cushion member 14 is contracted to widen the hook part of the fixing levers 8, 8' so as to lock the fixing levers 8, 8'.

The comparatively large and coarse pulverizing teeth 7 are projectedly provided in the large pulverizing wheel 3 and the multiple and small pulverizing teeth 8 are projectedly provided in the small one 4. The guide walls 10 and 11 of the pulverized object are provided in the left and the right on the inner surface of the backet mainbody 1. Thus, the pulverized object is repeatedly broken by plural pulverizing operations inside the backet mainbody 1 so as to be pulverized into small pieces and pulverization is efficiently executed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of crushing work by crushing concrete lump by providing large, middle, and small crushing tooth plates alternately in opposition in a scooping device of a civil engineering machine to form a crushing space. SOLUTION: A pair of rotary shafts 5, 6 are mounted in parallel above a discharge space in a bottom part of a bucket mounted on a turn arm of a civil engineering machine, and they can be turned by hydraulic motors 7, 8, respectively. Next, a plurality of sets of a small crushing tooth plate 10, a middle crushing tooth plate 11, and a large crushing tooth plate 12 are fixed on the shaft 5 across a predetermined interval, and a large crushing tooth plate 20, a middle crushing tooth plate 21, and a small crushing tooth plate are fixed on the shaft 6 and they are opposed to the tooth plates 10, 11, 12. Then, large, middle, and small crushing tooth projection pieces 30, 31, 32 are provided and protrude in correspondence to each tooth plate provided on the shafts 5, 6 on an inner face of the bucket. A zigzag crushing clearance K is formed in the bucket, the shafts 5, 6 are rotated to crush concrete lumps produced at the site where a building is disassembled, and they are discharged through the discharge space in the bottom part of the bucket. Consequently, it is possible to crush concrete lumps into small lumps having predetermined size by one time operation.

The movable breaking teeth 13 are connected to hydraulic cylinders 14 to break concrete blocks or the like and transfer waste materials by holding them between the fixed and movable breaking disks and teeth. And shearing cutters 15, 16 for reinforcements are arranged near the pivot shafts of the fixed breaking disks and the movable breaking teeth to cut off long reinforcements or the like. In this way, not only concrete waste materials can be scooped but also metallic wastes like reinforcement chips can be attracted, and hence, the capacity of the bucket can be increased.

Each of the crushing tooth plates 12, 13 is formed by forming recessed notches 15 between three of arc-shaped crushing tooth parts 14 and the adjacent crushing tooth parts 14, and the crushing tooth parts 14 of one tooth plate 12 are made to get into the recessed notches 15 of the other tooth plate 13. In this way, large concrete lumps are crushed in the bucket.
