摘要： PURPOSE: To delay the start of the degradation of a food, to decrease the rate of degradation, and to increase the deliciousness of the food, by exposing a food to be treated arbitrarily to DC or AC electrical field.
CONSTITUTION: A food treating apparatus composed of a primary AC source 1 and a variable transformer 2 and a high-voltage transformer 3 connected to the source 1 to generate high-voltage AC electrical field, is furnished with a rectifier 15 and change-over switches 11W14 to enable the proper change-over from high- voltage AC electrical field to high-voltage DC electrical field. The water molecules existing around the protein or lipid in the food 10 is structured together by the action of the AC or DC electric power lines to retard the initiation of the degradation of the food and decrease the rate of degradation. The DC electric power force line is effective to improve the orientation of the water molecules resulting in the increase in the activity of enzyme which is a kind of proteins, and consequently the improvement of the deliciousness of the food.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at stabilizing the supply amount of powder-like material, in a device for supplying the powder-like material with the use of compressed air, by making the front end of a screw conveyor which is provided with stirring blades and disposed in a pressure container, confronted with a nozzle to which compressed air is fed. CONSTITUTION:A powder-like material in a pressure container 1 is fed to a blade 8 while being stirred by stirring blades 9 through 11, and is transferred to a nozzle 3 without being solidified. Compressed air is blown into the base of the nozzle 3 from air supply ports 15, 16. This air impinges onto a casing 13 without being directed to the powder-like material, and flows along the casing 13 toward the front end of the nozzle so that the powder-like material is jetted from the nozzle 3. With this arrangement, the powder is prevented from being solidified and from counterflowing to aim at stabilizing the supply of the powder-like material.

When the error is kept within 5%, the error is regarded at a value within tolerance, and the control of the quantity of soil based on the measured values of the flowmeter 24 and the densitometer 25 is selected. When the error exceeds 5%, the control of the quantity of soil by the removed measured value of the flowmeter 24 and the computed value of the density of earth obtained from the measured value of the load cell 26 is selected. Excavation is conducted from a spot Pn ' to the arrival target spot Pn " by the control of the quantity of soil selected.
