摘要： PURPOSE: To vary the ratio of quantity between a liquid treatment medium and a carrier medium by injecting and mixing them in a mixing chamber under pressure and then spraying the mixture, as a result of a pressure difference from the environment through a common atomization nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An atomization nozzle has a body 1 provided with pressure introduction tubes 2, 3 and a mixing chamber 4, respectively, on the opposite sides. The tube 2, 3 has one end opening to the chamber 4 and the other end coupled with tubes 5, 6 for introducing a treatment medium and a carrier medium, respectively. The nozzle body 1 is fixed with a threaded nozzle head 8 in direct relation to the chamber 4 for mixing carrier medium and treatment medium which flow out from one atomization hole of the nozzle head 8 and atomized as a result of pressure difference across the nozzle. Mixed substance is entrained only slightly because the volume of the chamber 4 is small and the mixing ratio of treatment medium and carrier medium can be varied quickly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make thermal power adaptable to requirements of steam power with comparative accuracy. SOLUTION: A fire grate 1 comprises a plurality of lower-side blowers 7.1 to 7.5 for executing a method of controlling thermal power of an incineration plant. To determine a control signal, a blower 7.2 comprises, at the starting end of a main fuel region, an appropriate measuring device, that is, a temperature sensor 17 and a pressure sensor 19, and an air supply pipe 8.2 comprises a quantity-measuring device 18. Another pressure sensor 20 is provided in a combustion chamber 3 for measuring differences in static pressure between the lower-side blowers and the combustion chamber. Values measured by the measuring device are supplied to a central processing unit ZR, which outputs a control signal to a controller RE in consideration of a flow rate coefficient according to circumstances. The controller RE connects with various adjusters 21 to 24.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the amount of waste gas by directly unloading an exhaust gas at one region of high-temperature primary air that has not been used up at the upper portion of an object to be burnt for introducing it to primary combustion air again and reducing the combustion air. CONSTITUTION: A combustion space 14 is provided at the upper portion of a combustion fire lattice 5 and the front of the space 14 is terminated by a waste gas path 15. When an object to be burnt is burnt at the front of the fire lattice 5, the large part of primary air from a ventilation machine 12 is introduced via chambers 7-9. A waste gas in the combustion space 14 is unloaded via an exhaust path 24 that is connected to the suction side of a ventilation machine 25 from an exhaust opening 23 and is connected to the suction side of the primary air ventilation machine 12 via a compression side passage 26. Then, an exhaust waste gas is pressed to a passage 13 and is introduced to the chambers 7-11 as secondary air along with the primary air. Also, nozzles 21 and 22 are provided at the lower region of the waste gas path 15, secondary combustion air is introduced to the waste gas for burning a flammable constituent in the waste gas again, thus reducing the amount of waste gas.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit temperature detection, simple in technique and low in cost, in the control method of combustion in an incineration plant. SOLUTION: In order to detect a control amount proportional directly to a combustion temperature, an infrared ray measuring device having the shape of an infrared ray pyrometer 22 for measuring the temperature of exhaust gas is provided in a lowering exhaust passage 13 for the incineration plant. The measuring device is arranged in the lowering exhaust gas passage whereby the affection of a burning fuel bed 18 or the radiation of flame 24 is shut out. A control amount depending on a detected temperature in such a manner can be used directly or indirectly to affect to the process of combustion. In a preferable use, the control amount depending on a temperature is useful to affect to the supply of fuel or a fire grate speed and, on the other hand, a control amount deprived from the flow rate of steam is useful to affect to the amount of primary air.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce extra energy required for melting slag significantly by heating combustibles in combustion residues closely to the melting point of slag through combustion regulation on the furnace grate before a melting stage is reached. CONSTITUTION: Slag composed of combustibles produced in combustion residues at the end part of a grate 5 has a temperature close to the melting point of slag being produced. Heated slag is dropped into a crucible 11 for liquefying the slag with extra energy. Subsequently, the slag flows over an overflow opening 12 and enters into a drop shaft 6. In order to bring about such a state, the quantity of combustion air is set in correspondence with distribution thereof to the longitudinal and lateral direction of the grate 5 and combustion process is monitored by means of an infrared camera 14 disposed at the upper end of an exhaust gas duct 13. Consequently, required regulation is conducted according to an image picked up by means of the infrared camera 14 and a temperature distribution obtained therefrom. According to the method, extra energy required for melting slag is reduced significantly.

摘要： PURPOSE: To decrease the loading of toxic material emitted into an environment by increasing the intensity of the combustion above a stoker grate at least partially and choking the combustion intensity of a secondary combustion zone. CONSTITUTION: Combustibles 19 are burned in front of a stoker grate 5 and an exhaust gas duct is arranged at the upper part. The most of the primary air for burning is supplied through chamber 7, 8, 9 in this range. The intensity of the combustion of the fuel is increased at least partially by increasing the oxygen content of the primary air. The completely burned portion drops at the end of the stoker grates 5 into a fire grate 20. A series of secondary air nozzles are arranged at the under part region of an exhaust duct 15, and the secondary air for combustion is supplied to the rising exhaust gas through the nozzles 21, 22. The intensity of the combustion in the secondary combustion zone is choked by decreasing the oxygen content in the secondary air. Hence, the sizes of a primary air blower and a primary air duct are minimized by reducing the size of gathering equipment of latter step and the emission of toxic material can be decreased.
