摘要： The apparatus is used in orthopedics, in particular in emergency, heavy cases of combined trauma and damaged pelvis. It ensures the closing the pelvic ring and its fixation without any risk of any displacement in minimum time. The apparatus comprises a two-arm bracket (1), made of tubular elements with specially wrought-iron ends. In the upper end the two arms are pivotally connected and are fixed by a pressing head (2). At even distances from the head (2) lugs are welded, in the holes of which a gripping mechanism (3) is fitted comprising a stud with a LH and RH threading and a driving nut, having also LH and RH threading. At the other end of the arms, the implants (4) are fitted, mounted by their threaded part to guide (5), welded to the cross-bar which has the form of a pulley and is revolving around a stud, welded to the arms and being threaded. By means of nut (6), to which a tubular crossbar and guided (5) are welded in the desired direction. By means of the gripping mechanism (3) and implants (4) screwed by their threaded part across guide (5) and the additional implants (7) mounted by means of head (8) and the ball-joint base (9) to the cross-bar, welded to nut (6), the already fixed pelvic ring is stabilized in two planes. 1 claim, 2 figures

摘要： The fixing part is applied in orthopoedics for open fractures of the long bones. It is used for the treatment of heavy injuries wherein it is required to fix and stabilize the broken limb, in order to continue with the treatment of the remaining traumas. The fixing part comprises a leading bar (1) to which from four to six crossbars (2) are mounted. The crossbar is made of two connected arms, to the end of which supporting nuts (11) are welded. Both arms are welded to a supporting tube (5), to the upper end of which there is a welded stud.(10). The supporting tube is sliding along the leading bar and a and is fixed to it by means of the special washer (3) and the securing nut (4). Mobile threaded crossbars (9) are fitted to nuts (11), fixed at the required angle by means of a safety-nut (6). The threaded part of the implants (8) is screwed into the specially machined mobile threaded crossbars, which are in the form of cylindrical studs with a threaded part, wound into the screw-type crossbars, and an unthreaded part, ending with a conical top and a journal. The conical top penetrated into the upper layer of the bone, and the journal, by means of tightening, is of fixing type and stabilizing by means of a nut (7). 摘要： The fixing arm is used in surgical intervention of the fingers or the wrist (metacarpals) of the hands. By it a better precision and stable two-way fixation on two planes is attained.
