    • A detergent builder comprising a maleic acid copolymer produced by copolymerizing a maleic acid (salt) with comonomers by using both hydrogen peroxide and a persulfate salt as the polymerization initiator and having a weight-average molecular weight of 5000 to 100000 and a molar ratio of the maleic acid (salt) monomer units to all the monomer units of 0.1 to 0.9. The builder is suitably usable for detergent compositions, because it has a high calcium ion stability constant and can well prevent iron particle precipitation. It is produced by granulating a powder containing the maleic acid copolymer as a water-soluble polycarboxylic acid (salt) polymer by using a surfactant under stirring. As the use of the builder makes it possible to prepare a detergent composition having improved angle of repose, fluidity and moisture absorption resistance and containing the builder having the above characteristics by dry blending, a detergent composition having excellent characteristics can be produced at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION:A support element 1 having an inclination angle in the length direction on the upper side of a quadrilateral is formed into a frame or plate shape reinforced by a diagonal bracing, support elements 1 are connected longitudinally or to the right and left and fixed into a triangular lattice shape on a bottom plate 2, and the whole is formed into a polygonal columnar shape. A reflector element 3 molded into a circular or polygonal shape is stuck on the upper sides of the support elements 1 to face the bottom plate 2, and the upper sides of the support elements 1 are linearly inclined along the curved surface of the radius of curvature 4 of a reflecting mirror.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the structure which can be drastically reduced in weight and has sufficient rigidity with a smaller number of production days without requiring excessive equipment. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate plate 1 which is constant in thickness and varies in height is provided with lancings 7 to a comb shape. Plural sheets of such plates are intersected and fixed like diagonal lines in the respective lancings 7. Intersected columns 2 formed in such a manner are parallel with a central axis 5 and are spread and disposed at equal intervals concentrically while these columns are connected to each other to form a circular or polygonal outside shape. Reflecting plate elements 3 and substrate elements 4 formed to a circular or polygonal shape are respectively joined and fixed to each other in the form of holding these columns. The substrate elements 4 are disposed horizontal and disposed perpendicular to the intersected columns 2. The reflection plate elements 3 are inclined along the curved surface of the reflection mirror to such a shape of a polyhedron a part of which is cut away.
