摘要： PURPOSE:To dispose residual liquid and dregs economically, safely and particulary dregs as non-polluting waste by incineration disposing in such a way that residual liquid and dregs which have foul odor and flammability are mixed, vaporized, injected, and burnt and vaporization is further promoted by self-generating heat. CONSTITUTION:After residual dregs taken out of a liquified gas vessel is mixed with pressurized liquified gas, a mixture is sent pressurized into a double cylinder-shape jacket 18 with a closed hollow part. The mixture vaporizing and passing through a gas transfer pipe 19 is injected from a nozzle 20 along the inner wall of the jacket 18. Injected gas mixture is ignited and then heats the inner wall of the jacket 18 to vaporize the mixture in the hollow part of the jacket 18. The vaporized mixture is injected and burnt from the nozzle 20 through the gas transfer pipe 19. Injected fire flame is introduced into a hollow horizontal cylinder-shape incinerator 16 and unvaporized mixture accumulating in the bottom of the jacket is thrown into the incinerator 16 and burnt. Thus, the mixture of recovered residual liquid A and dregs B are vaporized and burnt to be disposed in incineration by its self-generating heat.
