摘要： The present invention provides a flexible hard composite coating, a preparation method thereof and a coated cutter. The flexible hard composite coating includes an AlCrN transition layer and a nanocomposite layer sequentially disposed on the surface of a substrate, the nanocomposite layer having CrON layers and AlON layers sequentially alternately arranged on the surface of the AlCrN transition layer. According to an embodiment, AlCrN is used as a transition layer, for strengthening the connection between the nanocomposite layer and the substrate. The nanocomposite layer constituted by the CrON layers and the AlON layers increases the toughness of the coating and the successive alternation of the CrON layers and the AlON layers reduces the stress of the coating, increasing the crystal plane structure and the grain boundary of the coating and further improves the properties of hardness and resistance to high-temperature oxidation.

摘要： A microchannel electrophoresis-assisted micro-ultrasonic machining apparatus based on a 3D printing mold includes a working platform, a power supply, a 3D printing mold, a working solution tank and an ultrasonic vibration system. The working platform is configured to secure the apparatus. The working solution tank is provided with electrophoresis-assisted electrodes. The ultrasonic vibration system is secured to the lower end of the transfer module. The positive electrode of the electrophoretic DC power supply is electrically connected to the tool and the negative electrode is electrically connected to the electrophoresis-assisted electrodes. A workpiece to be processed is assembled with a 3D printing mold. After assembly, the workpiece and the 3D printing mold are placed in the middle of the electrophoresis-assisted electrodes inside the working solution tank and arranged to correspond to the tool.

摘要： The present invention relates to a diabetes early warning system. The system comprises: a memory; and a first processor, which is based on improved k-means clustering, coupled to the memory, and configured to: according to selected first clustering centroids, obtain stable centroids for individual clusters, and put them in a diabetes piecewise function, thereby obtaining a diabetes early warning model, wherein the first clustering centroid is selected by selecting a data set, defining a clustering cluster number k and a neighborhood radius ε, and selecting a sample point on which a sum of distances between a sample point Xi and a sample is the greatest as the first clustering centroid, so as to make the first clustering centroid fall in a central portion of the corresponding cluster. The present invention improves the clustering centroid method, establishes a diabetes piecewise function early warning model, improves the diabetes early warning ability, and provides a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes at different stages. Starting from the characteristics of the diabetes data set, the key feature variables of diabetes are selected to simplify the diabetes prediction model; and the accuracy of the diabetes prediction model is improved, thereby helping to provide accurate diabetes prevention and treatment measures.
