摘要： A unique resealable container is described together with a method for converting a standard container of the type commonly used for packaging milk or other liquids into said container. An apparatus for carrying out this method is also described. The resealable container consists of a rectangular box having four flaps and a closing band for sealing the box. The closing band holds the flaps in their closed position. The container may be produced by making six cuts in a standard container of the type normally used to package milk or the like. The cuts are made with the apparatus of the present invention using an ordinary kitchen knife. The apparatus of the present invention supports the container during the cutting process and guides the knife to assure that the cuts are made in the correct locations.
